We really enjoyed our stay with Rosie, she was very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. It was lovely to have use of the sauna in the garden, which was an unexpected highlight! We travelled up with a running club to enter a race nearby in Cromford and were very pleased that we inspired Rosie to enter too! This could becone an annual trip! Alan

Melissa and Simon were amazing hosts. Extremely thoughtful and highly responsive. Everything was exactly as promised and beautifully presented. I had a very relaxing couple of days and would definitely recommend the Bellevue Annexe. Thank you!

By far, the most beautiful airbnb we’ve stayed in. The way this property has been decorated is incredible - so much so that we changed our plans to spend more time in to make the most of it. The kitchen was well equipped (like the rest of the house) for us to make dinner. Angus was really friendly and had great communication throughout our break. If you’re not used to having people live near you, it’s good to know there is a little noise from upstairs - however it did not impact on our stay. Would highly recommend this property for if you’re looking to stay in the peaks.

Lovely, cosy cottage and so much to do around the location. Everything easy to get to and lovely scenery.
