Miss Tanya was a fantastic host—very accommodating and always quick to respond. She answered all my questions, recommended great local restaurants, helped arrange tours, and even assisted with a reliable car rental. The property was spotless, peaceful, and felt very safe, which was perfect for our family. The pool was a highlight—especially for my daughter, who absolutely loved it! The location was also very convenient, being close to the airport. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Me and two friend booked this house for a wedding. The host was responsive and his staff was wonderful! It was really close to a bar and grill that had karaoke and that was totally worth it. Felt really safe at the neighbourhood with 24/7 guards, checking everyone that came and went. Would definitely book again.

It was a great place, so whenever your going to Simala and other places going south of cebu. this place is a great place to stay. I love the community, the townhouse is very cozy and homey.

We had a fantastic experience staying at Ma'am Belle's place in the heart of Cebu City. The location is very convenient—close to restaurants, shops, and key tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city. Ma'am Belle was an exceptional host. A little remote than I expected. Luckily We got picked up and dropped off the Airport. Dependable , honest Car service who arranged all the activities we wanted to do. It made our stay

Wonderful stay!! Had the chance to check in early and check out which you could not get that all the time. AC in the master room was not that cool however they made other room available which eventually still ended in the master room as later evening coolness was better. Huge space with the price worth it. Roof deck is a plus with readily refreshments and alcoholic drinks which you pay after check out. There are 2 stairways which are fine but not for the elderly and kids must be monitored. Nearby spas and restaurants will not he an issue as its totally close by. Over all great stay and will recommend. Just the soap they provide under the vanity kit if they could consider increasing the thickness of the soap as it was too thin to use and it breaks. Good thing got a spare. Thank you AML!!

Caine was an amazing host. Always very responsive when we had a question or an issue. Was a great ending to my month long vacation in the Philippines. I couldn't thank Caine enough for the wonderful stay.

The place is huge! There are so many rooms and the space is perfect for big families or groups. We had no trouble finding the location, which was super convenient. The house had everything we needed, although the vibes were just a little bit spooky, just a little—nothing major. 😅 Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and we’re definitely coming back!

The place was really great. The price-performance ratio was great. The host was always easy to reach and helped us with all concerns. There are many opportunities to do something on foot in the area and it's close to Mactan Newton. The property has everything you need. A fully equipped kitchen that I have never seen in any accommodation and also a entertainment program. Would come back in a heartbeat!

me and my friends stayed in Miss Danica's place last minute due to some issues with our initial venue for staycation. we are glad that she responded quickly and agreed to accommodate us right away. her place is cozy, clean, private and fully equipped with fast Internet connection and Netflix. we are happy with our stay. again, thank you so much!

Emma and James were friendly and helpful for our family of 7 as first time visitors to Bohol. They helped arrange van tours, gave us great suggestions for places to go and helped us navigate getting to and from the ferry. Their place is not far (10 minute walk) from the hustle and bustle of Alona Beach with all its shops and restaurants. We appreciated having the space for all of us (especially the 20-somethings who all had their own private rooms and bathrooms)

grace is a awesome host, the accommodation was close access to the city, but the surrounding area looks like Beirut.... the dogs and roosters very noisy, but other then that it was great for our needs.

The well-decorated garden and quiet environment made the tiredness of the trip disappear, and the host always cared and managed the surroundings, giving me confidence. I had a good time.

Grace’s native house is really beautiful, with a wonderful privat garden, where you can retrieve and winde down after a day of explorations! I recommend to get a scooter to get around to the nearest beaches and to explore the town and surroundings. Grace was very polite, friendly and helpful. She checked in everyday to make sure we had everything we needed. Fully equipped kitchen and washing machine was perfect for us! We stayed in the house with 7 people and had more than enough space for all of us. We had a wonderful time and miss this beautiful house already! Thank you, Grace for making us feel at home🙏
