Vacation rentals with a pool in Bohol

Nice big house and a great backyard. House is clean. You need a car if staying here as it's not walking distance to anything. Also the care taker lives in the semi detached house out the back. We found this to be a great base for us while we explored Bohol. Our kids loved the Christmas Tree 🌲

The place is very spacious for big group. Nelson was kind enough to have us checked in early and checked out late. Kuya Rey (caretaker) was also very helpful with our needs.

My stay at Zhen rentals place was fantastic! The house was clean, well-decorated, and fully equipped with everything I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the location was perfect—just a short ride to locaI attractions/ resto. Also appreciated the quick and clear communication with the host. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay.

Stayed here with family and friends and definitely will come back again. The place is clean, well maintained and has a peaceful surroundings. The owner is friendly and his staff are helpful. Amenities are working well.

The caretaker, Joy, was helpful, charming, cheerful, and attentive to our questions and inquiries. The staff before checking in, the one who contacted me, was also very helpful. The house was charming and beautiful. We enjoyed our stay here very much. The rooms were also cool and everything was working well.

Our stay truly felt like our second home! The place was clean, comfy and had everything we needed to relax after exploring. it's in a great spot. the host was super approachable and he made sure we were well taken care of. if you are looking for a cozy and convenient place that feels like home this is the perfect choice!

I would highly recommend this place. the whole house is beautiful and very clean and a private secure neighborhood with a guard booth 24/7 the pool is very accessible and never busy. only about a 12-minute drive from alona beach and plenty of restaurants bars and activities. for small amenities there is a store nearby but i would recommend renting a car for this location. the property is very well taken care of.. they even came and changed the linens and towels and water and the host is always responsive and friendly. great value for an extended trip or even a short getaway. Great place and highly recommend. look forward to staying again when we come back 😊

We couldn’t have stayed at a better place in Cebu! The view was amazing and probably our favorite part. We enjoyed the balcony every evening before settling in for the night. The apartment was clean upon arrival and within a good distance from everything. I would stay here again.

A pleasant one night stay. The condo has all amenities you need, and there is a 711 next to the building. I like the lighting design.

The place is a good find. It was really neat,clean and organized. Has everything you need,from the free 1 gallon water to bath soap,shampoo etc. Kitchen appliances all working including the air conditioner, bathroom heater, TV. All good as advertised. Plus ma'am cherry was a pro-active, very responsive host, patient and very understanding. I insisted on paying for the soap dispenser my daughter broke but she said, it's just ok. She's really nice and kind. Thank you so much ms cherry. We will definitely recommend your place and visit again in the future.

Wonderful stay! Perfect for short or long term! Has everything yu could ask for in kitchen, bathroom and entertainment. Extremely helpful hosts, nice furniture, quiet A/C and comfortable bed and pillows!

The apartment is wonderful with stunning views both day and night! The building is the tallest in the area, offering far-reaching views. It was lovely to sit on the balcony, enjoying the scenery with tea. The air conditioning was efficient, the apartment spotless, and the pillows incredibly comfortable. The snow-white linens added a nice touch. However, hot water only worked for the first two showers, and the issue wasn’t resolved, but I wasn’t so active to inform about it to the host. Didn’t bother much. On Saturday night, there was loud noise from a nearby nightclub, making it hard to fall sleep, but this only happened one night. Otherwise, nights were quiet. The building is well-maintained, with a supermarket, café, and bakery conveniently located on-site. There are also dining options in the connected mall. Our favorite was the Christmas market just a few minutes’ walk away (Fuente Circle), with live music every evening—a lovely surprise! I highly recommend this accommodation! ?
