Scott's place did not disappoint! All the pictures and other reviews were accurate. The meet and greet was smooth and everyone was friendly. Scott himself gave same great tips on things to do and places to eat. The biggest surprise was how interesting the neighbourhood was. Found some top restaurants and great bars for music, with everything you needed within walking distance or a quick taxi. Away for the bustling downtown, though on a busy road, it was a great location. Cannot wait to stay again.

We had a wonderful month here in Panglao with Flordeliza. As a family of 5 we had plenty of room and the luxury of an onsite pool was well enjoyed. The pool is amazing, spotlessly clean with a nice covered seating area. Hosts met us on arrival, very friendly from the start. Liza gifted us with great fruit from her garden and a couple of meals during our stay which were well appreciated. The kitchen is well stocked so easy to cook. The house is in a gated complex and very private but only a 10 - 15 minute walk from Angola beach. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. There's a great fruit and veg stall at the end of the road, along with a fabulous Thai restaurant and a 711 for basics. We hired a car from VAMO Car Rental for our stay and they were excellent. There's off road parking spots at the villa which was very helpful.

I had the pleasure of being Sean's guest for two months. First of all: Sean is very helpful with all my questions. The apartment matches the description. Good for one or a couple. The building - Horizon 101 - is the tallest building in the city and the view is breathtaking. However, don't be fooled by the fact that you are on the 51st floor - there is a constant noise level. A mixture of music from the live music bars and traffic. I'm not sensitive, but if you are, keep this in mind when booking. The building has also had its best days in the past. The fact that Tower 1 has a lot of short-term rentals means that the elevators are very full at peak times. The area around the building offers 1a nightlife. Many bars, many restaurants - fun around the clock. However, there are also many homeless people and prostitutes in the area. To summarize: Everything is as described and if you are okay with the circumstances, you will have a wonderful stay with a great host. I would book again.

Well preserved, quiet, nice pool

Great stay - highly recommended! We were completely delighted with Rachel & Giuseppe's apartment! It is exceptionally spacious and offers plenty of room, perfect for a relaxing stay. The cleanliness is absolutely top - it was cleaned every two days and the towels were changed regularly. You really feel at home here. A highlight was the Italian restaurant right downstairs - the food is incredibly delicious and definitely worth a visit! The communication with Rachel was also excellent. If we had any queries or problems, we always received a quick response. The location of the apartment is great: centrally located, with everything you need close by. We can recommend this accommodation without reservation and would be happy to return!

This place is spotless and perfect There are air conditioners and toilets in each room, so there is no problem if multiple people stay. It's very spacious and pleasant. There are guards in every building, so it's good for security. There are many restaurants right in front, and there are grocery stores and convenience stores, so you don't have to worry about eating. There is also a swimming pool in the house, so you can have fun. All the members in the building are friendly! 200% intention to return. It was such an honor to stay in such a nice place. Thank you so much!!

Good place, walls are thick enough for us to rest even when neighbors were having late night karaoke. Overall good experience
