Avenal Retreat - Character Home Near Queens Park

Our home is a delightful 3 bedroom character home in the heart of Invercargill. Just a 7-minute walk from Queens Park and a few minutes from the city centre, businesses, and shopping, an ideal base for both business travelers & families. There are comfortable beds with wool duvets, ensuring a cozy and warm retreat during the winter months. The neighbourhood is quiet, with families as residents. As such, no parties are allowed. Please do not book our home if you are looking for a party venue.

Arygle Beach House is situated less than 100 metres from the beach and is within 10 minutes walking distance to the Stewart Island Ferry Terminal and local town amenities. Our house is a short 15-minute walk to the end of highway 1 signpost and the gateway to many superb walking tracks around Bluff Hill. Surrounded in natural light, the Argyle Beach house is a warm and inviting house equipped with a gas fire and airconditioning/heat pump and has free Wi-Fi. No parties or events please.

Relax and unwind in your own private guest suite and enjoy the rural views. With its own entrance and lock box you can arrive when it suits. The property is in a convenient location, just a 6 minute drive from the town centre with a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, dairy, take away and pub within a 3 minute drive. There is ample off road parking that can accommodate larger vehicles, horse floats, boats and trailers etc. The airport is 9k away and Oreti Beach just a little further along.

Both the master bedroom and the lounge feature unobstructed views out over the water.
