It's the second time we've stayed at Rosebank. It's a perfect apartment - comfortable, spotlessly clean and really well stocked with everything you could possibly need. It's a beautiful place and feels like being in a boutique place - it's finished to such a high standard with beautiful furnishings. Josie is friendly, accommodating and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend her place. It's well placed, a short walk from town and good restaurants and a lovely pub on your doorstep too. Will definitely be back.

Comfortable stay, clean property, convenient to reach town centre

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Cheltenham,walking distance to the centre of town. Well set out apartment,spacious and clutter free. Fantastic location. Can definitely recommend anyone wanting to be in the centre of the town.

This apartment is in an excellent location in Oxford. Everything can be reached on foot. We were there for the May Morning celebrations and could access everything easily. The flat is well equipped despite being small. There was quite a lot of noise from traffic at night. We enjoyed our stay. Oxford in May sunshine is hard to beat!

Fantastic place for our family, including our young daughter. The location was very central, and the apartment had everything needed for us (we stayed for a week). Absolutely no complaints and George was incredibly responsive throughout our stay for anything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay at the place. The flat is centrally located with a great view and a very peaceful ambience. All the amenities were available. It is a great place to go visit all nearby places and have a good rest after an eventful day.

The apartment was exactly as described, and was convenient for Marlow town and the amenities, Worked perfectly as a base for me whilst I was visiting friends and family. If you have a big car parking can be tight but it’s off road so useful,

Fantastic stay from start to finish. The open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area made it perfect for our stay. Very sociable for dinner and catching up with friends. Kitchen had good facilities including dishwasher (and dishwasher tablets provided) bath and shower lovely. Beds super comfortable. Overall 5*. We will certainly be returning! I had a great experience while staying in this house it was so clean and tidy I felt very comfortable The host was friendly and very helpful and cooperative It felt like home In addition the location was very safe So overall I highly recommend it The host contributed very well in making my vacation enjoyable

This is our second time staying at this property and we loved it just as much as the first time; this time with the addition of my doggies! Perfect location for all our activities for the weekend and we had a lovely time. Brett left us chocolates/sweets on the pillows for us and even a bag of dog treats for the pooches! (Which they thoroughly enjoyed). Even on the weekend Brett still answered my messages which is so kind of him. The stair gate was perfect at keeping the dogs downstairs and the house was perfectly clean, tidy and has plenty of full cupboards and drawers in the kitchen ready for you if you need almost anything! Kindly also left us milk in the fridge and tea bags/coffee for us to use. Also let us use both car spaces outside of the property. Overall Brett is a great host and this is a great listing. In a huge rainstorm the house stayed perfectly warm and comfortable (and dry!). We will be hopefully coming back on future trips here.

Lovely property in a great location that was very handy for walking into Cheltenham. Nice quiet street but still close to everything. Well equipped with everything we needed for a short stay and a lovely welcome hamper. Personal greeting for check in was a nice touch as well. Just to note if you are bringing a dog (which we did) the garden isn’t completely secure and our dog did manage to squeeze through the gaps in the hedge!

Had a lovely stay. Great communication from Dinah and lovely and clean. There are some low slanted ceilings so watch your head! Brilliant location in a peaceful village, lovely 45 min walk along the Thames into Windsor. Would stay again.

We had a great stay at the property. It was a long term stay, as we have family in Bracknell and required a house for ourselves. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home and didn’t want to leave after our stay. We found the property very child friendly, with kids books and toys left behind, which we were more than happy to add a Bluey and few toys too. They also had gates, so we were able to gate off the steps to the upper floor, to make it even more kid friendly. (Sorry we forgot to take it down when we left). For the adult kids, we were very happy with the PS3, right up our alley. The bedrooms had plenty of room, and allowed us with a toddler to have the space and extra bed we required. Location, is perfect, it’s a 15min walk to the main shopping and train station that can take you to reading/London. And it the middle of some cracking pubs. Thanks again for a great stay.

We absolutely loved our visit to Chipping Campden and staying at Pearl’s! The view from our deck was so beautiful and access to the Cotswold Way trails was so convenient. We hiked two full days while we were there - Pearl was so helpful sharing her trail maps with us! The restaurants and pubs were lovely, as was sitting on our deck sipping our morning coffee or enjoying an evening glass of wine. Do not hesitate to book this place! It’s lovely!

Perfectly located with a short walk to cafes and bars. Lovely private courtyard. Would definitely recommend to anyone planning a stay in Cheltenham.

Natalia was a fantastic host! She was very responsive and very helpful when we had questions regarding the apartment, which made our stay very comfortable. The apartment itself was very clean and matched the description on the website. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay for our Christmas holidays.

Really great flat near everything in the town and yet quiet

Elaine's apartment was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable with lovely soft bed linen. Elaine left plenty of towels for our use. The shower was roomy and nice and powerful. Everything we needed was provided. The location was perfect for being able to get to and from the high street on foot. The secure car park was easy to access. There are lots of places of interest within short driving distances. We were able to use the balcony which was an added bonus. We would definitely recommend Elaine's apartment and hope to stay there again.
