Every floor has its own toilet and shower. One of the floirs has the kitchen and the top has a terrace. The location inside the old city allows you to walk anywhere . Loves the place. We had a very nice stay in this unique apartment. The roof terrace was wonderful. Very good location in the old city and very welcoming hosts. The stairs was very steep, but also unique in an historical old house. We really enjoyed the nice and warm weather, and the roof terrace gave us the best holiday atmosphere.

We stayed for 3 nights at Valentina’s villa and it felt like home. The house is very ear to the see and at a quite lenient once from Bari. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet. The house is large, the beds are good, the garden is silent and there are 2 bathrooms. It was very easy to communicate with Valentina. Thank you once again for a very nice stay.

The beautiful house is the result of a skillful renovation of a thousand-year-old tower, in a very central location, in the historic heart of Giovinazzo, a few meters from the sea, furnished with great taste, full of accessories, very quiet, with a pleasant terrace. Large property around the house. Ideal in the hot summer as there are many shady trees. Two large terraces, one in front and one behind the house. Equipped with two garden loungers, lounge furniture and a large dining table with chairs. The property is completely fenced. Therefore, ideal for families with children and ideal for people with dogs. The house is fully equipped and spacious. Parking on site is also possible.

Stefania is a great host. The studio apartment was clean and had everything that we needed. Location is very convenient and communication was excellent.

We had a great stay at Lucia’s place. Exactly as advertised. Always responsive very communicative. Checked on us through our stay asking if we needed anything. The apt itself beautiful with lots of space even for California standards ! The beds were very comfortable! The apt was clean I was very happy with the whole thing! We will definitely stay again as we have family there. Thank you so much!!

Super location in a lovely, clean, lively old town. Numerous restaurants within very easy walking distance which is a big plus as the apartment is not really set up to prepare meals. The apartment is a combo of modern decor with the very old attributes left intact. Space is large enough for 4 people with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The little balcony is just above a boat launch and few meters from an area where you can sit and view the sea. Until you want to explore nearby cities like Bari or Monopoli, it is best to just park your car and forget it. The old town streets are definitely for strolling, not driving. All the neighbors know each other and sit outdoors and chat. Cleanest old town area I have visited. The only issue is that there is one a/c unit located in the downstairs living room and both bedrooms are upstairs and windowless. The fan helped but it was quite warm for sleeping during our stay and it must be rough during July and August or a heat wave.

Salvatore is responsive and incredibly kind. Her place is located in the city center close to the cathedral and the port. It is quietly located in a small pedestrian alley. The accommodation is impeccable. Thank you for everything Salvatore!

Beautiful historic palace apartment with a restaurant directly on the ground floor. The old town was great to explore on foot. Very lively surroundings

This is an accommodation where I felt at home for 3 nights and 4 days. There were plenty of kitchen utensils, and the bathroom was very clean. They even prepared enough fruit and water coffee sweets, so I enjoyed it during my stay.

The photos do not say what this apartment really is, it is much better than it looks, total remodeled and with an impeccable style, they take care of every detail to make your stay something perfect, recommended with eyes closed

The hosts are beautiful, kind, open and helpful people and this is what made our stay so special. The house and the terrace in front are very cozy and are well equipped, you can see that that Savino and Francesca arrange everything with love, care and style. Therefore, this house is most perfect for families / couples looking for a place where they can relax and have a quiet holiday. We went there at the end of September 2023. Even though we were very unlucky with the weather, we could swim as the sea is still quite warm. The beach area in general is very nice and perfect for kinds (as it does not go deep right away).

a perfect place for a perfect Italian holiday. only 10-12min by car to the centre of Bari. Some very small inconveniences were handled directly! grazie Mario ;)

A great holiday with a great host, very good home with all you need and want

Very nice place, right by the water. The morning is just exceptional, we are alone in the world. We were looking for silence, we found it. The house and its exteriors are well equipped. Rino is a very welcoming and super responsive host. Thank you very much, it was a real pleasure.

We spent a great time in Claudia house. Everything was perfect and Claudia was always there to help. The house is neat, very clean and really great to live in. I totally recommend.

Danilo’s place is in a private street, where no strangers can enter. This way it is a peaceful paradise for families. We visited in April and it was a bit chilly at night, but when we asked for extra sheets, they were delivered the next day. Super responsive host. Thank you again.

Maria is a very attentive and warm-hearted host. Each morning, we were spoiled with a generous breakfast featuring delicious homemade pastries – she’s an excellent baker. The house is located in a peaceful area and is impeccably clean. She has three sweet dogs and a cat, which add to the welcoming atmosphere. Trani is a beautiful city to explore. Unfortunately, in early April it was still too cold to use the pool.
