An ideal, lovely spot - off the path, with hiking opportunities close by, as well as easy access to downtown. Joel was a great communicator - thoughtful and kind. Readily available for questions/advice or if we needed anything - which we didn't. Getting to know him was one of the cool things about this rental, nicest Airbnb we've stayed in! Two great cats (one is very sociable) on site if you are "cat people", but they stay out of your way if you are not. Will defnitely stay here again when our travels bring us back to Asheville!

Michelle was very responsive and the place was perfect for a weekend getaway for two. Location is perfect for going to Asheville and felt like we could get anywhere in a very reasonable timeframe. Would definitely stay again.

I had a great stay at Timo's! It was a comfortable space and the kitchen had everything I needed. Having the washer and dryer in the unit was super convenient for my month stay. Communication with Timo was always easy and timely. During the first week of my stay when the boil water advisory in Asheville was still in effect, Timo dropped off bottled and well water which was very helpful.

We stayed here for about a week to do a bunch of hiking in the general area. It was a convenient location, and we were very comfortable. There were so many little thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The bed was very comfortable and getting a choice of pillows was soooo nice. The little ottomans made relaxing on the loveseat very comfortable for two. The well-appointed kitchenette was just what we needed to make breakfast and meals in. Bill and Linda were so friendly and we enjoyed joining them on the porch one evening. We would definitely stay here whenever next in Asheville!
