Big Chapman Lake fishing vacation rentals

This is the second Thanksgiving that we had spent at the Silverlake residence. Anna was extremely responsive to any communication. The cottage is meticulously clean with nice amenities. This home is particularly dog friendly.

Very nice house, beautiful neighborhood, 10/10 stay.

Irish Lake, what can I say. Absolutely stunning views of the lake. We saw swans! Since we were there for Thanksgiving, it was hard to spend time outside. No fear, so many, games, puzzles, air hockey and shuffle board. Also, a nice big table to play the games or put a puzzle together. The kitchen was amazing! The fact that we had 2 ovens to bake was a game changer. The living room! What can I say. Wonderful, warm fireplace, coffee bar, nice BIG dining table, and the views!!! Thanks again Joe. Hope to maybe make it back in the summer to enjoy the lake!! (p.s. my brother caught a perch in that cold weather:)

I am a touring musician and needed a quick retreat while on tour and this was perfection! Ryan could not be more responsive and accommodating and this home and it’s lake surroundings was the perfect oasis. The house was chic and clean and well appointed and the indoor pool such a rare treat! I would highly recommend this, and Ryan’s other properties to families or professionals seeking a remote getaway ! Debbie Gibson

I did not stay at the home, as I rented it for my models to use. I asked them to review and here’s what they said….. "Our group had a lovely time at the house. It was clean, cozy, had great water pressure and didnt run out of hot water even though all of us were getting ready back to back. The massive back yard and the peddleboat were a bonus. We would finish work, get some hot tea, and go out on the water together...surround ourselves with lily pads and say hello to the swans. It was really quite nice, plus a very convenient location to stores when we needed to pick things up coming and going. We hope to book here again!"

Enjoyed every minute of this peaceful place! Spent the majority of the time on the screen in porch with my 2 year old, he loved it out there. The neighbors were friendly and it was just a relaxing trip. The home was so clean and beds were comfy, can’t complain about anything. It’s true what other reviews have said this place has everything you need! Hoping to rebook in the future.

This space was exactly what we were looking for. Being off season, It was very quiet and peaceful surroundings, house was cozy with the fireplace and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything u needed. Although we did not use the lake or the deck this time of year, the outdoor space is great. We did however enjoy the hottub!! Perfect time of year for that! Super Relaxing . The town of Syracuse was awesome, lots of great restaurants and local pubs. Welcoming locals and great food and drink. U Must go to The down under bar!! Huge bourbon selection and the best service and food. Would Love to return during the summer months!

very clean and all the supplies you needed for any occasion. what a great host/hostess. A toy box full of toys was a great idea for our Lil grands to play with. how thoughtful!. also games for inside or outside were perfect. A very warm, cozy, home feeling atmosphere.

Really enjoyed our time at Crystal’s place. House has been updated recently and had everything we needed. Easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions I had. Would love to visit when the weather is warmer, they have a really nice setup on the channel.

The house was spotless, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything possibly needed to cook or prepare meals. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and we enjoyed relaxing on the back porch and listening to nothing but birds singing. The bed we used was comfortable, and the shower in the master bathroom was beautiful and very well constructed. We had a very nice, relaxing stay.

What a fantastic location, in a quiet neighborhood right on Chapman Lake. The views were stunning. Loved the outdoor patio and lounger furniture. The beds very comfortable. The open kitchen was well stocked - it even had a top notch coffee grinder! There are fun toys in the garage including kayaks and corn hole boards - which we used. Overall it was an enjoyable experience.

This place was absolutely fantastic! Needed a quick get away and this could not have been a more perfect spot. The bonus was meeting the incredible folks that make up the neighborhood. Welcoming is an understatement! There is no other place I would rather stay! I have a feeling my little quick get away will become tradition! Welcoming, friendly…. Perfect!!!

The mattress was extremely comfortable - not too soft & not too hard. We enjoyed having a full kitchen, including an RO water filter at the sink, and very clean, spacious, attractively decorated accommodations with newer flooring and furniture. Some extra amenities were provided as well. LaVera was responsive and easy to communicate with. I can tell LaVera is a thoughtful and caring host.

We stayed at Nikki’s place for our honeymoon and had an incredible experience. From the little details to the overall aesthetic of her home design, everything felt cozy and welcoming for a few days of rest and reconnection. Nikki provided an excellent recommendation for Wood House Spa in Fort Wayne - a great experience for us as we recovered from months of wedding planning. We loved the hot tub, fire pit, and indoor fire place. This is a perfect spot to tune out the world and tune back into yourself or each other. Highly recommend Nikki’s stay!

What an amazingly comfortable home for a parents weekend at Grace College. The layout fantastic. The attention to detail incredible. Clean. Cozy. Comforting. From full length mirrors in each bedroom, to a blow up mattress with its own pump. The fire pit on the front porch along with the "Seasons" decorations, wonderful. The interior decor so fitting/ marketable for the surrounding area! Just can't say enough. As well as allowing the other part of our family, the fur babies, to be able to see their human brother!!! Great great stay❤️⭐️‼️👏🏻

Clean, comfortable, and very well-appointed. This little cottage was so cozy and relaxing for a Thanksgiving getaway. The living room was the perfect place to sit by the (remote controlled) fireplace and do a whole lot of nothing. Lots of attention to detail in this place. And very CLEAN. Would like to come back in the summer and enjoy the lake!
