Vacation rentals with breakfast in Beverino

As others have said—all of the reviews are spot on! A unique setting in the countryside about 30 minutes drive to Parma on mountain roads, beautiful historic building and grounds (with tastefully updated bathrooms to go with the historic charm, plus even a clothes washer and dryer you can access, a rarity in Italy), and a consummate host in Maria Teresa. Using her knowledge and connections to get personalized tours of smaller local parmigiano and prosciutto factories was a real highlight, and we especially enjoyed the nearby Torrechiara castle as well. The kids loved her animals too. 10/10 stay!

The comfort of the facilities and the cleanliness is impeccable. The house is close to everything but maintains the tranquility of the neighborhood. The generosity of the hosts makes the difference, from super hearty breakfasts, bicycles available and a refrigerator with drinks and fruit for consumption during the day, among other things. Massimiliano is a very warm and friendly person, always attentive to any questions or needs of his guests. I hope to be able to return to Viareggio and stay there again.

Hidden gem - I wish we would’ve planned a longer stay!!! Such a great Italian cabin in the woods, offering peace and calm and the healing power of nature. Every morning we awoke on our own - no traffic, a few birds, and the shutters kept the light out! We loved the old antique feeling of an updated WiFi home away from home.

We would love to come back here! Very kind host, great space, very well equipped kitchen. The host has really thought about any convenience you need. For a couple or family it is very spacious. For two couples the second bathroom is handy, but it’s downstairs and might not be ideal for everyone. At our arrival there was no warm water, but the host fixed it the next morning. We had a great time! Pitelli itself is not special, but it’s a great location to explore the wonderful area! Highly recommended:)

Eduardo and Simone's place is beautiful and peaceful, so much so we requested an extra day which they granted. The bed was very comfortable!

We stayed here for one night and wished we could have stayed longer as soon as we saw the place (sadly it was booked)! The apartment is perfect- a stunning blend of modern interior design in an ancient building. Everything about the stay was super easy- from parking for free, just outside the walls & a short walk away, to the brilliant location of the apartment itself which was a short walk from all Lucca's main attractions & restaurants. Check in was an easy process & Federico is extremely professional & easy to communicate with. The apartment has everything & is well appointed. Had a fantastic experience & 100% recommend this place & host. If this is available for your dates, don't hesitate! We definitely hope to return.

Really the most beautiful Airbnb I've been to so far! Kitchen more than satisfactorily equipped and the rest of the apartment very stylishly furnished. You really felt at home. I'd love to come back!

Lorella’s place is wonderful! It had all of the space and amenities that my husband. 2-year-old and I needed. It was larger than I expected with one bedroom, a living room, kitchen/eating area and a wrap-around balcony. Loved the walkability of Lavagna. The apartment is within a 10 minute walk of anything we needed. She had great recommendations for restaurants! Thank you Lorella!

Wow! What a find! Serena checked us in to this perfect little oasis in Lucca. So MANY extra little touches like great snacks and drinks available, bikes to ride, and sweetly tied linens in a ribbon. Serena was very communicative and gave clear directions about where to leave our car and what to look for in restaurants. Such a perfect spot and very reasonably priced. Ciao!

Fabrizio was a great host. He left us a welcome basket and walked us through everything about the house. He had maps of the area and gave us everything we needed to enjoy his space. He went above and beyond when the washer didn't work and did our laundry. We would stay here again if we're in the area.

Fantastic stay at Georgia’s place. So conveniently close to the train station! It was really easy to go to Cinque Terre and then have a nice stroll /drink and dinner in the many restaurants just at the door stop. The apartment was nice and spacious, felt straight at home. We were grateful for the little welcome gifts which were particularly useful when arriving tired with a baby ! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and having the extra salt, pepper, olive oil, coffee, washing machine detergent, etc feels basic but not available in many other airbnbs - so great to have it and much appreciated it! Georgia was great at checking in and making sure we had everything we needed - in particular when we were impacted by a local strike and trying to rearrange our trip. Great stay, totally recommend ! Our stay in Vernazza was a highlight of our Italy trip, and this AirBnB made it unforgettable. Traveling as a family of six, we found the perfect mix of comfort, space, and charm. The apartment was clean, cozy, and full of character — with postcard-worthy views from the terrace that took our breath away every evening. The location was ideal: close to the train, harbor, and restaurants, yet peaceful and tucked away. We loved waking to the sound of the sea and stepping right into the heart of Vernazza. Our host was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful, even leaving snacks to greet us. If you're visiting Vernazza, don’t miss this place — it truly felt like our own slice of paradise.

We had a wonderful stay at Il Cassio! Ruth gave very clear directions to the apartment (with pictures) and was flexible with our check in/out times. She gave a detailed and comprehensive guide to the entire cinque terre and was helpful with local recommendations and hiking tips. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Thank you Ruth!

Beautiful cosy place right in the historic centre. Lovely town to stay. In a few minutes you are at the beach. Stefano really thought about everything, you can find all you need in the appartment. Stefano is really friendly and check in and check out is easy. The place is really close to the train station. Also convenient if you like to visit other places nearby at the coast.

Rafaella's welcome was perfect, on arrival but also throughout our week. Breakfasts on the terrace were delicious, with the good idea of asking Rafaella the day before what we wanted! The location 8 min on foot from the train station was a big advantage for going by train to visit the villages of the 5 Terres. The space was very functional and clean. I highly recommend this place where we spent relaxing moments after our hikes from Levanto to Porto Venere.

We loved staying at Fabiana's. At night it was so quiet and restful and the bed was super comfortable. Fabiana's is an easy walk from the train station, the ferry departure and the beach. We are travelling everywhere by train so it was perfect. Fabiana really looked after us with fresh croissants, fruit, yoghurt, foccaccia bread and awesome coffee. Thank you Fabiana!

I would recommned this property. Maria was amazing with us. As soon as we arrived, she kindly picked us up at La Spezia station. She took the time to explain the various public transportation we could use during our stay. We were very well hosted in her home. The photos are true to reality. Private bathroom, which is very rare to find in Italy! The room was all cute, with access to the pool and great breakfast! We thank Maria for a wonderful stay and we would highly recommend this place.

A M A Z I N G It was our last night in Italy and we couldn't have imagined a better ending. The place was wonderful. So much attention was paid to the details. We received a very warm welcome from the host and she made sure that everything was provided. Really nice! You can have a coffee or tea at any time, which is really a plus for us. And the breakfast was very well taken care of. You saw that love was put into it. The rooms are very spacious, neat and clean. It's a dream to wake up here. You have amazing views. We recommend everyone to stay here!

We were lucky to stay at Luciano’s beautiful b&b while enjoying Camogli. Luciano is a great host, very friendly, helpful and serving both an excellent breakfast in the garden and useful local recommendations. Will absolutely recommend staying here!

This is a very unique and special property and well worth the climb. Once we arrived we were warmly greeted by Marco, who provided water with fresh lemons from his property. Marco was helpful and accommodating . He is very knowledgeable and knows the Cinque Terre area and trails well and was able to offer hiking and sightseeing recommendations. The view from the property is stunning and the house is very comfortable.

Sarah and Corrado were wonderful hosts. We felt like family, immediately. They were kind enough to invite us to join them as they watched the new Pope speak to his people. What an unexpected and heartfelt moment that will never be duplicated. They thought of everything a traveling guest might need and made it possible to connect with other guests over breakfast. Additionally, they provided exceptional suggestions for local meals, experiences and even gave us a location to stop at after we left that was brilliant. We missed them as soon as we drove off and hope to visit with them again on the future! You'll find no better hosts or location, they deserve a 10!

Guglielmina was a wonderful and sweet lady who showed us our room and how to open the doors. The place was easy to find with the host’s instructions! A very cute place to stay at.
