Rigtig flot og hyggelig bolig i det bakkede / bjergrige Umbrien, der ligger helt privat med lang afstand til naboer, så man kan nyde ferien med sine nærmeste. Kommunikation med værterne er nem og ind - og udtjekning er fleksibel. Pool'en er selvfølgelig ikke opvarmet. Vi havde våddragter med til de yngste, så de kunne få større glæde af pool'en i oktober måned. Haven kan bruges til at spille fodbold og andet boldspil og generelt er de udendørs faciliteter helt i top. Værelser og badeværelser er i fin stand og køkkenet er velassorteret. Eneste minus er at der er +15 minutter til første rigtige by, hvor der kan købes is, pizza, pasta og mulighed for større indkøb. Så alle ture væk fra huset skal foregå i bil, men man kan sagtens få dagen til at gå i og omkring huset på varme solskinsdage. Ærgerligt at der ikke er plads til 8 personer, for husets faciliter (på nær soveværelserne) kan sagtens rumme 8 personer. Vi kunne godt finde på at vende retur.

Country slow living at its best combined with outstanding hospitality. Our vacation started right after we entered the apartment which was exactly as described and cleaned to perfection. We immediately got recommendations on possible activities in the region and were actively supported during support with any request we had. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for some relaxation in a peaceful environment.

Superb villa for 12 guests. 10 mns drive to a fabulous town or stay at home in comfort including an excellent pool surrounded by Impressionist views. Teresa is a gem. Pia recommended Eugenio and Pasquale of Italian Show Cooking and they produced a magnificent eight course banquet for my wife's 70th birthday party. This villa holds a very special place in our hearts and the hearts of our guests. Cman you give more than five stars?

Villa dei Tigli is the perfect base to explore Umbria and Lazio. Letizia was a wonderful host, warm and responsive, excellent communication and local recommendations. The private pool was fantastic with stunning views across the valley. Carla's food was absolutely delicious, she was also so helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommend a meal at Poggio del Bolognino, suggested by Letizia, stunning views and gorgeous food and service. Don't hesitate to book this place, it won't disappoint!

VERY rural location,which we loved,but if you are not used to country living and driving on country roads,the location could be intimidating.We were there in April,too early to be able to use the pool,but we did use the charcoal grill and ate outside several times. The surroundings are spectacular and you can hike up to the charming town of Civitella D'Agliano. There are grocery stores available as well as several pizzerias.We used it as a base for day trips to Umbria and Tuscany. We had a lovely 12 days here!

Casa espaciosa, muy bonita y bien equipada. Exteriores preciosos, rodeados de naturaleza y tranquilidad, pero al mismo tiempo, muy cerca del núcleo urbano. Perfecta para desconectar y visitar toda la zona. El anfitrión siempre ha estado muy disponible y amable a todas nuestras consultas.

Wij hebben absoluut genoten van ons verblijf! De weg ernaartoe is inderdaad een uitdaging, zoals correct aangegeven in de advertentie. Wij hebben geen 4x4, wel een hogere auto, en namen de langere route naar de woning. Dat kostte ons wat extra tijd bij elke verplaatsing, maar dat hadden we er voor over. De rust en het uitzicht zijn namelijk onbetaalbaar. Het huisje is voldoende goed uitgerust, wij hebben niks gemist. Ook was er geweldige service inbegrepen: middenin ons verblijf werd de woning voor ons gepoetst en kregen we verse lakens en handdoeken. Ook wordt het zwembad 2 keer per week schoongemaakt en bijgevuld. Voor elke vraag was manager Matteo vlot bereikbaar. Wat ons betreft, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Siamo stati 3 notti in questa fantastica casa veramente bella curata e accessoriata di qualsiasi utilità , la piscina il paesaggio e il verde veramente unica, torneremo sicuramente consiglio vivamente per chi ha voglia di rilassarsi e passare dei bellissimi giorni, inoltre per la distanza del viaggio siamo arrivati alle 3 del mattino e ci hanno accolto in modo meraviglioso con 3 brioches altrettanto meravigliose. Grazie mille Roberta e Francesco torneremo presto e non vediamo l’ora.

Abbiamo passato la settimana di Ferragosto in questa residenza da sogno nel mezzo dell'Umbria. L'host, molto gentile e reattiva, ci ha messo in contatto con la persona che gestisce la casa, Elisabetta, che ha saputo fornirci tutte le indicazioni richieste ed aiutarci in tutto. Abbiamo trovato la casa in ottime condizioni, è molto spaziosa ed accogliente, con diverse opzioni tra barbecue e cucine. La zone è molto affascinante, in quanto si trova tra le colline umbre e permette di visitare i fantastici paesini intorno (consigliato portarsi la macchina). Infine la piscina era pulita giornalmente da Valerio, che si prendeva cura anche delle piante nel giardino e si occupava di svuotare la spazzature (grazie mille ancora). Per concludere, soggiorno più che piacevole.

Denyse’s place is lovely, very peaceful and as described in the listing. We visited in mid April during a rainy week so didn’t get to try the pool but it looks lovely. The house itself is a converted chapel and the recent renovations are very nice. The area is quiet but a short drive to Cortona and an hour from the Brunello wine region. All in all a very nice stay thank you Denyse!

My family and I we had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa, surrounded by the magical atmosphere of the Umbria countryside. There is nothing we can complain about,everything was perfect,the swimming pool added a plus especially during the 2022 July’s heat wave! The pool was well maintained and daily cleaning service was provided by the owner’s handy man. We really hope to come back next year and make more unforgettable memories at the Hilltop Villa-Orvieto

The house is absolutely fantastic, nestled in the middle of olive trees with onbustructed views of the countryside and nobody else at sight! The house is cozy, familiar and everything is there to make you feel at home! Each room is spacious, clean and comfortable to enjoy magnificent Umbria! Flaminia is really helpful and Sergio’s occasional presence is very helpful! We seriously enjoyed our time at the house being a party of 6 with 2 kids! The garden and the swimming pool were absolutely superb! The overall experience was absolutely marvelous!

The house was great with amazing countryside views. The rooms and common areas were spacious. Our favorite spot was the enclosed patio dining area where we had breakfast every morning overlooking the rolling hills. The hosts were great, very responsive and helpful.. One of the hairdryers was not working but Maurizio got us 2 new ones in no time. He also gave us recommendations for restaurants. Awesome hosts!

A lovely property in a beautiful area. Sabrina and Antonio were really attentive and kind. Easily accessible by text and also prompt in coming round to solve a problem. Having 3 separate apartments worked well for the extended family and the ground floor was large enough for us to dine together. There are lots of places to visit including many beautiful hill top medieval towns. Antonio and Sabrina were very kind gifting some local Est Est Est wine and a cake for our special birthday. Little unexpected touches like these helped to make it a memorable stay. The weather was not on our side in the middle of April, rain and mist on several days, so it would have been nice to have somewhere inside for us to sit and relax together. A few comfy sofas would have been appreciated by older members of our group. You will not be disappointed with your stay here, no matter the weather!

Villa Elisa is the best place I have stayed so far. Its construction style is old and special, the care of the Villa is down to the details, whether it is the exterior or interior, everything works is impressive even though some parts of the house are original from that time such as the doors, the windows, the floor tiles,The view is magnificent, magical whether with the radiant sun, under a torrential rain, under the clouds, under the mist or under the stars with the moon as a companion.Absolutely everything in detail and scrupulously organized, all thanks to its hosts Luciano and Christina. Now I will make an important section, if the Villa is majestic, they are also splendid and kind; I had the pleasure and pride of meeting them personally, people like few I have ever met and who are now scarce. Natural, simple and kind, always at hand unconditionally for whatever was needed.I recommend this place to everyone who wants to enjoy a great place and excellent company and 100 percent.

I have stayed at numerous Airbnb locations in the US and Europe. This was, by far, my favorite. The location was perfect for exploring the medieval area of Umbria and all the little cities surrounding Amelia. In addition, it was a little over an hour car ride from the Rome airport and a little over 2 hours to Florence. We traveled to Orte to take the train to Roma and Florence. It was easy to acquire tickets with the app Trainline. I cannot say enough good things about the Villa. We learned much about it's history from the owners Daniela and Aldo. The villa was built around 1863 and was totally refurbished to it's current condition. Aldo gave us a tour of their private winery and loved to share it's history. He even offered wine samples. All I can say is that they are the cutest couple ever! The property was well manicured and decorated with blooming flowers. The pool was clean and we enjoyed time in the "recreation" building playing ping pong and foosball. I would go back again!!!

Rosanna und Patrick sind wunderbare Gastgeber und sehr freundlich. Die Lage des Hauses ist fantastisch, mitten im Grünen, total ruhig gelegen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, kein unnötiger Krempel. Wir liebten den Blick aus dem Küchenfenster, wenn wir unser Essen zubereiteten. Der super gepflegte Pool lädt zum Schwimmen und Verweilen ein! Viele tolle Orte in Umbrien, wie Assisi, Perugia, Gubbia, Montone, Lago Trasimeno ... sind schnell erreichbar, aber auch in der Toskana, wie Arrezzo, Cortona, ... ist man gleich. Die Empfehlungen von Rosanna oder Patrick waren immer hilfreich. Wir sind sicher, wir werden wiederkommen. Nochmals vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft.

Un endroit très spécial! Un hameau suspendu dans le temps. La tour où nous avons séjourné est inoubliable, tout le confort moderne ou presque et un roof top avec une vue imprenable à 360 sur la magnifique campagne environnante. Nous n’oublierons pas notre passage à l’ostello bello et recommandons l’expérience.

We rented Eralda's property for a family reunion, traveling from both Australia and the UK. The property ticked all of our boxes, with great communal areas with lots of space for different age groups. Will rent again !!

Esperienza bellissima, villetta tranquilla e silenziosa. Abbiamo trovato una casetta accogliente e messa a nuovo, pulita e ordinata e con ogni comfort necessario per sentirti a casa. La cucina era fornita di tutto il necessario, così come il bagno. Stupenda e rinfrescante la piscina che ci ha fatto passare due pomeriggi di relax totale, immersi nel verde e lontano dal caos della città. Host gentili e disponibili per tutto. Torneremo sicuramente! Grazie!

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable dans la maison de Luisa qui est encore plus belle que sur les photos. Luisa a été plus que réactive quand nous lui avons demandé des choses. La piscine est sensationnelle et le calme des alentours top pour se reposer. Le Wi-Fi est un peu faible mais rien de grave car l'important est d'apprécier les équipements de la maison.

Abbiamo avuto un'esperienza fantastica presso il loft di Enrico ed Alessandra. Host eccezionali: cordiali, gentili, proattivi e sempre disponibili. Hanno reso il nostro soggiorno davvero piacevole con la loro accoglienza amichevole. La villa è situata in una posizione perfetta nella campagna umbra, tra Assisi, Perugia e altri meravigliosi borghi, come Spello. La tranquillità del luogo è impareggiabile e la possibilità di osservare le stelle la notte, distesi sul prato, è un'esperienza magica. È anche un luogo ideale per ammirare le stelle cadenti nel periodo di agosto, e la vista su Assisi di notte è davvero speciale, aggiungendo un tocco unico al soggiorno. Un'altra grande caratteristica della villa è la piscina, perfetta per rinfrescarsi nelle giornate calde. Enrico si è preso cura della piscina, pulendola ogni giorno, il che ha reso il tutto ancora più piacevole e rilassante.

Wir waren zu siebt und fanden Andreinas Unterkunft wundervoll. Die Außenanlagen sind super gepflegt und es ist genügend Platz, um aktiv zu sein, sich zurückzuziehen oder am Pool zu liegen. Vor allem der beheizbare Whirlpool war super bei Herbstwetter. Die Küche hatte alles was man braucht und auch im Inneren ist alles schön eingerichtet und sauber. Die Straße ist gut befahrbar, man braucht mit einem Auto, das nicht tiefer gelegt ist, jedoch gute Fahr-Skills. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter und überlegen bereits wieder zu kommen.

Patrizia und Fabrizio sind äusserst nette Gastgeber. Wir waren zwei Familien und wurden grossartig begrüsst. Sie haben uns alles detailliert gezeigt, Hinweise für die Umgebung gegeben, waren sehr nett zu den Kindern und haben uns gleich zu Beginn mit einem Apéro verwöhnt. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, Natur pur und für alle Ruhesuchende ein perfekter Ort. Patrizia war jederzeit erreichbar und sie haben sich um alle Anliegen gekümmert. Das schön umgebaute Steinhaus hat uns während dieser heissen Sommertage angenehme Abkühlung beschert. Auch im gepflegten Pool fanden wir die nötige Abkühlung. Der Pizzaofen und die Grillstelle waren fast täglich in Gebrauch. Auch die Küche im Haus war in bestem Zustand und es war alles vorhanden. Ein Ort zum Erholen und Verweilen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
