The place is more beautiful than the pictures. Great for big families. Very clean. Close to the beach. Our family loved the house. The only thing for us was no AC, but there are fans. One of the fans didn't work but we were given a replacement. Jim is very friendly. When we called or message he was responded right away. I would definitely return to this house.

Villa Piton was heaven on earth! Beautiful scenery and nicely located to main attractions. Though the home doesn't have air-conditioning, the consistent breeze made the home very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Kermit was very responsive and spot on with his recommendations for food and activities. We traveled with our 3 kids ranging from 5 to 15 years of age and all were pleasantly entertained our entire trip. We spent a few days just relaxing by the pool and enjoying the beauty of Villa Piton. The locals in the neighborhood were kind and helpful and there are very close stores for convenience items. We would definitely recommend and would enjoy staying again!

Gale and Pearlie were excellent hosts. Great communication, responsive, and proactive. Very peaceful location. You will need a car or arrange transportation unless you are a hiker. Very convenient to Pigeon Island, Rodney Bay, Cap Estates. The property was clean and well appointed. I would stay there again.

My wife and I just returned from a 10 day vacation at Sequoia Villa. Carswell and Colinn were excellent hosts and very helpful and responsive. The villa is relatively remote but if you are looking for peace and quiet and privacy, it is an awesome place to unwind and relax. The other side of the island definitely has more going on in terms of attractions, shops and restaurants but we were pleased to get back to Micoud after our two sojourns to the other side. We also enjoyed several scenic locations in and around Micoud and Vieux Fort which we actually enjoyed as much if not more than the better known sights and attractions. The expedited arrival and VIP departure lounge that Carswell facilitated were well worth the cost. Our vacation was memorable, the villa was spacious, clean and well thought out and the private pool was absolutely incredible. We definitely plan on a return visit to St. Lucia and Sequoia Villa in the not to distant future. Thank you Carswell and Colinn!!!!

This was our first Airbnb stay and it was fabulous. Gilles went above and beyond to help us with a situation that occurred when we got to the airport. He was a fantastic host and had everything we needed plus. He had some staple food for us and fresh fruit mostly from the grounds. Can’t thank him enough for all he did. The dogs were great too. They listen so well and are very friendly. Leah the cleaning lady was super friendly and even went shopping for us at the market for a few local things to bring back. The weather didn’t fully cooperate but we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing at the cottage . Thanks for making our trip so memorable.

Gorgeous view. 3 of the 4 rooms are en suites. Easy, quick path to the beach and Royalton Resort which is very accommodating. Cosmos (host) is kind, honest and responsive. Under five minutes to completely adequate groceries. Spinnaker’s beach/bar is also very close with typical Caribbean beach eats. Look for Donny in the parking lot, he’ll take good care of you. Beware; his rum punch is potent and delicious. Cosmos’s place is clean, his staff responsive. Lots of stairs, especially to top unit, so be aware. Some of the stairs lack handrails which are important for some. Overall, none of my gripes are dealbreakers, in my opinion. The place is fantastic!

I stayed for three nights and loved all three. The Airbnb is just a 10-15 min walk away from one of the most beautiful beaches on the island (La toc beach) I have never felt sand so soft. The pool is shared with another air bnb. The ac is in each room but none in the living room or dining area. I didn’t mind because I like sleeping cold and having warm mornings. They were very welcoming and it’s on a hill so the view was nice. Totally recommend this Airbnb

Kayla and Felix made us feel like family. We had been on a sail trip and wanted a place with a pool and Felix and Kayla offer supper and breakfast cooking for a reasonable price. It was absolutely delicious and we had such a wonderful time talking and getting to know all about there experiences and love of food. It was such authentic Caribbean food, it was wonderful. We had a chance to visit sandy beach and watch kiters, there was a wonderful restaurant and bar at sandy beach. I’m so happy we had spent a couple of days exploring Vieux fort and time at this wonderful Villa. The apartments are so spacious, beautifully decorated and the wood work made by Felix was amazing. Kitchen was well stocked and lovely big bathroom. I felt so welcomed, spoiled and loved by this beautiful couple. Felt like family . I loved st Lucia and thank you for welcoming me. Don’t rush off from Vieux fort, it’s a lovely town, beach and the Villa with a pool is a rare find !
