Lovely apartment, completely renovated, in the secure Melody residence, with numbered parking space and swimming pool. You will be welcomed in a 2-room apartment comprising a living room, an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed (160), a shower room with suspended toilet and washing machine and a large terrace of more than 10 m² with its new equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven and ceramic hob), dining room and above all a breathtaking view of the bay of Marin and Sainte Anne.
