Maurizio persona veramente rara al giorno d'oggi, accogliente, gentile e molto disponibile per ogni evenienza. Mi ha accolto nell'appartamento con un graditissimo omaggio locale. Grazie. Residenza completa di tutto il necessario e locata in un ottima posizione per: mare , passeggiate in centro e d'intorno a piedi o in bicicletta. Ci tornerò sicuramente. Linda, e il suo appartamento, sono la soluzione ideale per chi vuole stare bene a Cesenatico. Linda è una persona gentile, pratica ed estremamente affabile. Ama lo spazio che offre e questo si vede da ogni dettaglio. L’appartamento è perfetto: ultimo piano di una palazzina fronte mare, con balcone su tutto il perimetro. È nuovo, luminosissimo e fornito di tutto. La posizione, anche grazie al traghettino elettrico che attraversa il Porto Canale, è a breve distanza dal centro e dalla spiaggia Levante. Noi eravamo in quattro e siamo stati benissimo. Grazie Linda!

We stayed as a group of four and had a great experience. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. Located right on Via Nazario Sauro, it’s close to the beach and surrounded by excellent restaurants, cafes, and shops, which made evenings really enjoyable. A big plus was the private parking—super convenient in such a busy area. Despite being centrally located, it was quiet at night, and we had no issues with noise. Highly recommended for families or small groups looking for a relaxed, walkable stay in a great part of Italy.

Siamo rimasti molto contenti del nostro breve soggiorno nell'appartamento di Luciano. Abbiamo trovato una casa pulitissima e ben curata, interamente rinnovata. Luciano e sua moglie si sono mostrati molto disponibili e gentili, e flessibili sugli orari. Molto positivo anche il posteggio auto in garage privato, con accesso comodo e semplice con ascensore anche per famiglie con bambini piccoli come noi. Raccomandiamo la struttura!

Beatrice’s apartment is super cute, very clean, tastefully decorated and has EVERYTHING you need for a comfortable stay. I really loved the fact that there is a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee maker. My husband enjoyed the balcony:) The beach is within a 2-minute walk. A huge plus is a gated private parking lot. Beatrice is very easy to communicate with. She responded to my messages instantly and answered all the questions I had. We definitely recommend Beatrice’s place.

Bellissima villetta con Jacuzzi, esperienza magnifica, pulita, ordinata, arredata con gusto, riscaldamento a pavimento, doccia larghe e lussuose, cucina impeccabile, letti comodi e pulitissimi. In poche parole perfetto. L'host Francesca ci ha ricevuti di persona, sempre disponibile e amichevole. questo alloggio lo consiglio vivamente, 5 stelle su 5.

We had an absolutely exceptional experience staying at Stefano’s place. He was an outstanding host—warm, thoughtful, and incredibly knowledgeable. Stefano had an endless list of recommendations for just about everything you could imagine, with a knack for fantastic restaurants and unique places to eat. We followed nearly all of his suggestions! From the moment we arrived, Stefano kept in touch to make sure we were having the best time possible, and it truly made a difference. What would we do without Maki!! The apartment itself was exactly as described—100% accurate—and even better in person. Both of the main bedrooms lead to a lovely balcony that catch the morning sun. There’s a convenient bike rental shop nearby, and cycling is definitely the way to explore the area. We loved riding along the cycle path that runs up the northern coast—it was one of the highlights of our trip. If you're looking for a truly exceptional host in an amazing appartment - Stefano’s place is the one.

Siamo stati accolti con grande cordialità e disponibilità fin dal momento della prenotazione. L’Host è stato presente e attento, accordandoci un check-in flessibile, accogliendoci personalmente in casa e facendoci fare un piccolo tour per mostrarci tutto. Sempre disponibile, ci ha fatto sentire davvero a nostro agio. La casa è davvero bella, moderna e curata nei dettagli: il terrazzo è una chicca perfetta per rilassarsi, e le stanze sono pulite, luminose e molto confortevoli. La dotazione è sorprendente: non manca davvero nulla, da ago e filo agli adattatori per le prese (Schuko), dimostrando cura per ogni possibile esigenza degli ospiti. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo questa attenzione. La posizione è ottimale: a piedi si raggiunge facilmente tutto, bar, mare, pub, fino mercato coperto ben fornito di ogni genere alimentare. È stato un soggiorno piacevole e comodo sotto ogni punto di vista. Il parcheggio è privato e ben protetto, utilissimo in centro a cattolica! Torneremo sicuramente!

Un beau séjour en famille, appartement très sympathique avec deux terrasses qui assurent l’ombre en tout moment du jour, cuisine entièrement équipée, café, condiments et même un cadeau de bienvenue dans les placards. Pareils soins pour le bien-être du voyageur dans la salle de bain dotée avec force savon, shampoo, serviettes, tout impeccablement neuf et brillant de propreté. Le Barbecue neuf, mis à disposition dans la cour arrière, invite a prendre les repas a l’ombre des oliviers tandis que sur la terrasse devant l’on peut s’asseoir pour prendre le café en guettant le passage d’un train dans la gare tout près. Et pourquoi pas? On peut prendre un bain a la lumière des étoiles, la plage commune est a quelques pas, on s’y sent libre et joyeux comme au temps de l’enfance.

I recently had an incredible stay at an Airbnb that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the host's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials, plus some thoughtful extras like local snacks and guidebooks. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were quick to offer helpful recommendations. Overall, it was a flawless experience, and I can't wait to return!

Geweldige vakantie gehad bij Villa Mariella! De villa's bevinden zich in een heel mooie, besloten omgeving, er is een prachtige goed onderhouden tuin en een fijne, schoone zwembad. De villa's zijn heel dichtbij het strand. De strand is tegen betaling maar je krijgt een vaste plek met een parasol en twee ligbedden. De strand is ook schoon en netjes. Het is ook heel fijn dat je gebruik kunt maken van de fietsen voor de gaten. Op de fiets maar ook te voet is het stadscentrum goed bereikbaar. De gastheren zijn heel aardig en beleefd. Heel fijne contact gehad.

Appartamento molto bello!

Appartamento nuovo e veramente bello. Inoltre ho trovato la casa molto pulita ed ordinata. La posizione è ottima, 2 minuti a piedi dal mare , ma al tempo stesso zona molto tranquilla. Host gentilissimo e molto disponibile nel accontentare le mie richieste ( viaggiavo con 2 bambini, e mi ha lasciato molta libertà nel check in e check out ). Torneremo sicuramente.

Een geweldig verblijf gehad in Il Granchio Blue van Roberta! Ontzettend fijn contact, duidelijke instructies voor aankomst en een heel warm en welkom gevoel. De bedden liggen heerlijk, het is ruim en het uitzicht is fantastisch. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij komen zeker terug!! ☺️🇮🇹

Unser Aufenthalt im Apartment von Luca war traumhaft schön! Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet, geräumig und sauber. Sie entspricht zu 100% den Beschreibungen und liegt sehr ruhig! Innerhalb von 2 Minuten ist man am Strand und an Einkaufsläden, Restaurants, etc. Die Kommunikation mit Luca hat durchweg sehr gut funktioniert. Selbst abends ist er auf unsere Anliegen eingegangen und hat uns zu jeder Zeit weitergeholfen. Luca ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber, der es sehr wohl zu verstehen weiß, seinen Gästen wunderschöne Urlaubstage zu bereiten. Er ist freundlich, geduldig und super sympathisch. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Vielen Dank!

Die Kommunikation mit Eleonora war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Ab Ankunft war Stefano unser Ansprechpartner, sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns das Apartment gezeigt, alle Besonderheiten erkärt, mit allem geholfen und war schnell ansprechbar, wenn es Probleme gab. Freitagnachmittag Ankunft, Internet/WiFi geht nicht. Zwar hat die Reparatur bis Montag, unserem Abreisetag, gedauert, aber Stefano hat sich darum gekümmert, trotz Wochenende. Wir fanden es sehr angenehm, einen persönlichen Kontakt zu haben. Das Apartment ist etwas ganz Besonderes. Klare Architektur, angenehme Farben, gute Ausstattung, gemütlich. Eigentlich ist es ganz nah zum Meer, aber es ist alles sehr zugebaut, Hotellerie und Gastronomie eroberten wohl in den letzten Jahren die Plätze. Mit Hund war leider kein Zugang zum Strand in der nahen Umgebung möglich, darum Autofahrt nach Pesaro und Fano. Danke an Stefano und Eleonora und alles Gute !

This is the place to stay if you come to Pesaro. It’s a minute to walk to the beach — right across from the expensive hotels. It has a beautiful unobstructed view of the Adriatic, so you can watch the sun rise having expresso on the balcony table, sitting on the patio chairs. Wash your clothes and hang them on the patio clothes line located on the other side balcony — they will be dry by night. Air conditioning and heating work great, as we needed both at different times for brief periods. Close to a lot of restaurants and a grocery store is a short walk. So relaxing. So perfect. Communication was excellent. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you!

L'appartamento, pulitissimo e ben accessoriato, e' in una zona strategica per godersi il lungomare di Igea Marina ma anche per chi come noi l'ha utilizzato come base per andare a Mirabilandia (a 30min.). Mira e' stata una host "super" per gentilezza e disponibilità. Consigliatissimo.

Schöne, kleine Wohnung in Igea Marina mit herrlichem Blick auf den Sonnenschirmstrand. Die Unterkunft macht insgesamt einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Besonders die Aussicht auf das Meer und den Strand ist ein echtes Highlight. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen: Die Töpfe in der Küche könnten mal erneuert werden. Dennoch: Insgesamt eine charmante Unterkunft und für den Preis absolut empfehlenswert!

Ricardo非常细心、耐心，很友好，公寓地理位置优越，离火车站和海滩都很近，公寓提供非常多小零食，而且很干净、整洁，厨具非常有质感。里米尼人都很热情，非常喜欢里米尼，期待可以再来

Stayed here for 5 days during the Imola Grand Prix F1. We had a lovely stay! Really enjoyed it! Place was really clean and spacious and had all the amenities. Really well catered for and helpful for my baby and toddler. Giacomina was amazing and very helpful and responsive and answered quickly and made the whole experience quick and easy! Location is great ! The beach was beautiful and we managed to have a few days enjoying some quiet time off season on the beach and the play areas are amazing for kids! Would definitely stay again!
