Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Beech Grove

We really enjoyed staying here. We are in town for a volleyball tournament in the location. Close to downtown was perfect. We had plenty of space and the kitchen was extremely well furnished. We appreciated the extra touches the hosts put into making this place a home away from home for us.

Great place, great location. Easy walk/felt safe to Lucas Oil/downtown. Molly had great recommendations in & out of neighborhood. Communicated well and willingness to be flexible with some travel changes.

Perfect setting and location. We were in Indy to visit family and friends. Family meetings were downtown Indy then on South side plus West side. Friends were up in Fishers. The location was perfect for all those destinations.

This apartment is beautiful and very clean. We will definitely stay here again. Brenda was friendly and very responsive. We had everything we needed here to make our Thanksgiving dishes. Wonderful stay!

What a great little gem!!! It ticks all the boxes. Cute, clean, easy to find, great neighborhood, friendly hosts with clear instructions….we loved our stay at Stacey’s garage apartment, and would definitely return!! As an AirBnB experience, it ticked all the boxes! This is a lovely and easy to navigate neighborhood….lots of restaurants and little shops, and I wish we’d had more time and better weather to explore. We were in town to see a show at the Vogue, and this was a really convenient spot. Easily walkable (even in the cold snowy weather) to the show. All of Stacey’s recommendations were spot on, and added to the weekend for us. We had a wonderful time!!

Phil’s listing was exactly as described. It’s walkable from downtown spots. Check in was easy! Phil was very communicative. Will look for this spot next time we’re in Indy!

We stayed the weekend for our wedding. Karen was incredible. If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would. She was responsive and friendly. Our dog enjoyed the backyard. The house was very big and beautiful. I forgot my hairdryer at home, but Karen had it covered. Her home felt like our home. A wonderful experience all the way around.

This was our second time visiting this exact location. Carolyn was super thoughtful in her planning and stocking this home away from home. She went the extra mile to be sure you have everything you could possibly need. She had extra pillows and blankets, tons of towels, lots and lots and lots of kitchen supplies, and an assortment of hygiene and bathroom products. My kids love the hot chocolate K-cups/ Keurig! I would recommend this place and/or host to everyone. My wife, friends, and family that we stayed there with said that this is the best Airbnb we've ever stayed at.

We had a lovely stay! The cottage was perfect for our family and pup. We loved the historic Fletcher neighborhood and the walking distance to downtown. We would definitely rent again!

Jayne’s place was beautiful and perfect for our girls weekend! The place was clean and stocked with goodies! I forgot my toiletry bag and Jayne had everything I needed! The kitchen was well stocked with coffee and snacks! Getting to downtown was a breeze!

GPS directions don't take u quite to the right spot! House was roomy. lots of games and tvs and extra beds! Lots of night lights. ( which were helpful because of uneven floors and lips between rooms) Housed 7 families for Thanksgiving!

Anna's house was the perfect place for my brother and I to spend the weekend. We each had our own nice sized bedroom and bathroom, and a comfortable living space. The place was very clean and matched the photos. The location was also perfect. Great, safe neighborhood with restaurants in walking distance, and it was only a quick (7 min) uber ride to the event we were attending at Lucas Oil Stadium.

A great spot with multiple activities on-site to engage all ages. Our family was from 19 to 68 and all felt very much at home. Highly recommend to all!

Beautiful place, very clean and comfortable. Loved the coffee/espresso machine. Joann and Roland are the best hosts, very friendly and responsive. Great location, in walking distance of amazing shops and restaurants. We would highly recommend staying here. Can’t wait to come back.

Very responsive with questions. The place was clean and safe for my girls. We loved our stay. Brentwood went above and beyond and delivered a goody bag for the girls with all things Taylor Swift themed since we were in town for the Eras tour!!

my wife and I came for a couple days. Very cute condo ! lots of things to do and everything was within walking distance.

We spend 3 great nights at James place. James was always responsive to our questions and proactive at providing information on restaurants, grocery, parkings, etc. The apartment is well decorated and located in a quiet area surrounded by great restaurants which make it easy to walk. Easy checking and checkout, we were really pleased to have selected James place. If you are in the area, don’t hesitate to rent James place, you will not regret it.

This was the perfect location for our Thanksgiving stay in Indianapolis. All rooms were spacious and stylish. We were very comfortable and especially loved the big windows!

Over all great experience Clean place everything I needed friendly host and responsivity good! Maybe it was because it was a weekend and the city tends to be more empty, but would have been perfect with more people and foot traffic in the area :)

Dina was very responsive and helpful when we had a question. She also suggested some local places to check out. The condo was just like the photos and had a rustic feel to it that was very appealing to the wife and I. It was also very well decorated and had plenty of space. It was just down the road from the downtown area and all the restaurants and other various places worth checking out. Would definitely stay there again when we go back to Indy in the future.

Leyla was very helpful and communicative during the period when we had any questions. The space was very walkable and convenient to the Monon trail, local coffee shop, and easy to drive in to downtown.
