Nice place, perfect location and distance for our wedding visit to Hodsock priory. Very clean on arrival. Description good and instructions good. We went in school holiday and very peaceful and quiet road. close to A1. Thanks Karen.

We stayed at India’s place overnight to break the long drive from the north to the south. The location was convenient: a quiet neighbourhood close to the A1 and with a 24-hour petrol station. The accommodation was simple but ideal: easy check-in; off-street parking; dog-friendly but spotlessly clean and fresh; comfy lounge and beds; fluffy towels; plenty of hot water for showers; tea, coffee, biscuits & milk; a big TV. India is a great host - friendly and clear communications. Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely stay at Steve’s place for local event, Steve was very accommodating with his parking, very friendly and very comfy accommodation The bed is indeed very comfy same as other peoples reviews Great job Steve!

A lovely home with great facilities especially with young children. Safety gates, travel cots and bed guards available which meant our stay was comfortable and stress free. The kitchen was fully stocked which was great. Emily & Lee were super easy to communicate with and responded and fixed an issue rapidly. Cannot fault them! Thank you again for hosting our family :) x
