Lovely little apartment, was there for a work stay for 7 weeks. In case of problems, the caretaker always had an open ear and found a quick solution. Small but nice! Communication with Sabine was quick and smooth. Thanks for this lovely time :)

Nice attic apartment on the Fulda with great views. Tram outside the door, shopping within walking distance - a really good alternative in a quiet location!

Nice apartment on the edge of town, with the forest almost directly behind the apartment buildings. Very quiet at night with a nice view over the town. Apartment was clean and check-in was straightforward. The apartment on the top floor, and there is an elevator. Parking is easy to use. Location is probably better with a car, but you are only a ten minute walk to a REWE grocery store, and about 30 minute walk to the old town or the university. There is also a bus stop near by.

The apartment is very nicely decorated. Everything I needed was there.

except for the park situation that I didn't understand, everything was perfect. A guest vehicle would have easily fit in the yard.

Everything's there. Everything's clean and well furnished. Not luxurious. It may be that the music of the nearby club disturbs certain people when falling asleep. Not me.

We were in the house for a JGA and felt more than comfortable. The large kitchen-living room on the 1st floor offers the perfect space for a wonderful girls' night together! The rooms and bathrooms were modern, new and clean. Thanks to the good weather, we were even able to spend the evening behind the house with the cozy lounge furniture in the evening sun. Everything around perfect! 🙏🏼😍

Everything was clean and the living room was especially nice. A few basic food items are there. Only in the entrance area do you notice that parts of the house are still being renovated.

Beautiful, modern accommodation with very good facilities - an additional highlight are the ducks in the garden :)

We rented Elke's place as a group of seven friends from our student days and were able to celebrate a very relaxed reunion in Kassel. The house is very, very cozy, spanking clean and has everything it needs! And Elke was a really very helpful and nice hostess!

We had a great time in this beautiful and lovingly furnished half-timbered house. You feel right at home. The location in the middle of the old town is great, and with a suspension bridge, forest ball track and playgrounds, great activities with children are possible. Annouck and Benji were very nice and very accessible. We will be happy to come back.

I was there for the second time, the apartment is very nice and lovingly furnished, it is very quiet there. And Oda is a lovely and lively hostess, I highly recommend it !!!

Alte Pfarre was about as ideal as an airbnb can be. Spotless, spacious, and ideally located, the gracious welcome from Wolfgang and Simone made the airbnb far more homey than usual. Alte Pfarre was a perfect home base for our three days/four nights of local exploration. Also, we enjoyed spending time at the airbnb as a family rather than just using the location as a place to sleep. We cooked together, sat around, and enjoyed the 1600s ambience (with amenities of 2025). And if anyone is a runner, the back roads and paths around Gudensberg will give grin after grin - the running terrain and views are that good.

All in all a nice apartment with great amenities. We found staying to be pleasant. Kassel city center is 15 minutes by car. Hercules and the castle are about 30 minutes away. Fuldatal, a highly recommended health food store and butcher.

Hann Münden is worth the trip. In this charming medieval city, we experienced unforgettable moments. The apartment, advertised with 4 stars, is worth at least 10 stars. It lacks absolutely nothing. It is very tastefully decorated and very comfortable. It is centrally located. Simply outstanding. We will return.

There were 5 of us (3 children in elementary school and kindergarten age) over an extended weekend in the accommodation. To visit Kassel and other destinations in the area, the location is perfect, especially with your own car. The place itself is very new, tastefully furnished and perfectly clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and more. Even coffee, tea and spices are available. Towels, linens, shampoo and shower gel, you almost feel like you're in a hotel. Everything is really thought out for children, especially the large garden with lots of playground equipment is a dream. Our children immediately played there with the landlords' children. Nicko and his wife are very likeable, we felt comfortable right away. Immediately after booking, Nicko wrote to us and asked about the age of the children and our needs. I haven't experienced anything like this before. Otherwise, he was always very helpful and friendly. All around a great stay.

The apartment is the same as advertised, with instructions and well thought out for even 6 people. We were 4 adults and 3 small children. We had a great time and were very comfortable. Super easy access, parking at the door, the tram stops about 50 meters away in each direction. 2 supermarkets within walking distance. The place is quiet but you're downtown in a matter of minutes. The apartment is very tastefully furnished, comfortable, new and clean 👍🏻
