The kitchen is equipped as standard. The bathroom has a shower. The apartment is located in a 3 family house in a quiet residential area. Numerous hiking trails can be found in the closer nature park of Hohes Gras in the Habichtswald.

The apartment has a spacious bedroom with an en-suite bathroom as well as a kitchen and an open living and dining area with a total of 42 m². An idyllic patio invites you to linger in the sunshine. There is also a washing machine and dryer available. The central location in the town center makes it easy to walk to shopping and restaurants.
