Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Bastia Umbra

We loved our stay. Incredibly beautiful scenery, well appointed and comfortable house. A great base for day trips. A very quiet town with some real gems. Recommend a small suv type car as some of the road is unsealed and there are many hills. Thankyou for a memorable time!

very nice house, with large garden, well maintained. The location is very convenient for getting around the region. You can get to Assisi in 10 minutes, Perugia and Spello in 20, and Gubbio in 40. The only note to consider is that there is only one shower in the house, so for 5 guests it may not be very comfortable. There were 3 of us and everything was fine.

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

It is a tidy and cozy accommodation in a peaceful countryside. You can feel the host's sincerity in the house. But it was a little cold. I was satisfied with everything else.

A small and beautiful slice of paradise immersed in the Umbrian countryside. Rina and her son were super welcoming and available to provide us with all possible comforts during our stay. In addition, the apartment is a gem, tastefully furnished and in a strategic location to get around in the surrounding towns such as Spoleto, Gubbio, Todi, Assisi etc. Thanks again to Rina and her family for this stay.

Marco's apartment is a great base for exploring the rest of Umbria. So many beautiful towns nearby: Bevagna, Trevi, Todi, Spello, Spoleto, Assisi... The photos really don't do the apartment justice. The bed was super comfortable, and there were plenty of linens and towels for our 2 week stay. The bathroom is enormous! We enjoyed having cocktails on the front terrace and watching the sunset. The apartment was very easy to find. Marco's family were all very nice and friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed.

Angela's apartment is on the ground floor of a beautiful building with an olive park just outside the walls of Assisi. We particularly appreciated the location, which allows you to reach the historic center of Assisi on foot, and the possibility of free parking in the villa's park.

We absolutely loved it and would definitely want to return there - a very special place, lovely people - a real holiday!

We felt very comfortable at the place - a great location for exploring Perugia and close to the train and bus station as well as to the escalators. In the morning sun we were able to enjoy our coffee in the garden. Highly recommend!

The location of the house is absolutely fabulous, in the middle of the hills surrounding Todi, with splendid views. The condo we stayed in is # 1, one of the 4 that the hostess rents inside her property. The interior space is nicely furnished and has all the utensils and conveniences needed to spend days there. It also has a lovely private terrace to be able to dine in the cool. The whole house is designed for the comfort of the guests, with barbecue and chillout area under a porch, a very well-kept garden, and an ideal swimming pool after turning around the nearby hot summer day of interest. I especially value the landscaping project that links all the outdoor spaces of the house with the natural environment where it is located. Christiane and her daughter were very affable and attentive. We had a great time and will be back there for sure!

When we arrived he let us know that we had a surprise waiting for us. Well, It was an upgrade to the apartment above the room we rented! It was absolutely beautiful and felt like the castle that was lived in in the 1500's!! We slept great, had fun using the fireplace in the kitchen/living area and the stone sink was very authentic. They provided lots of food for us for breakfast and were alway available to let us know where we could go. We walked to Montone and it was so beautiful. The best part was booking a dinner on our last night there. We had a very romantic candlelit dinner with homemade pasta, bread, wine and all the food we could possibly eat! Such great hosts that we are planning on going back again when we visit Italy in 2027. Looking forward to seeing you again!!!!

I had the great pleasure to stay at Francesco's place during the international journalism festival along with 5 additional colleagues. We enjoyed our stay in the large two floor flat, which also has two (!) private terraces (great for meetings) and extremely beautiful view. We had great weather and spent most the time in awe of the scenery. It gives the feeling you are in countryside, despite being just a minute by foot away from the absolute centre of the beautiful old city centre of Perugia. For us it was the perfect place to get some peace and quiet and gather some energy in between of the sessions of the festival. Francesco was very friendly and is a great host, communication was easy and uncomplicated. 100% would book again!

The Airbnb was very beautiful and well maintained and exceeded my expectations. The area was very convenient and nice. The communication with the host went very smoothly, he was very friendly. I definitely recommend the place.

The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished. A tranquil setting and a great base to explore the delights of Umbria. Rita was always quick to respond to any queries and recommended some super places to visit and eat!

the place is lovely surrounded by woods with a breathtaking view. ideal to go with dogs and children. strategic location to visit the enchanting villages of Umbria. the house is lovely, we were there in winter and the floor heating was very pleasant. the bedroom is very spacious and the house is modern. I hope to return in the spring. Uma with her mother Lucia and her partner Luca are delightful and empathetic people. We immediately felt at home and they are available for any request. Carla is a great host. She is very responsive and particularly helpful she helped us immensely when we had a puncture problem with our car. The apartment is very well located, large with a magnificent view. We recommend it.

The apartment is wonderful and equipped with everything. It is in a quiet area that allows you to reach both Perugia and Assisi by car in a few minutes. Really perfect!

Lucio's apartment is as pictured. Set in the context of an early 20th-century Art Nouveau villa. Spacious, well-furnished, with a beautiful view of Assisi, with a very well-kept outdoor space that came in very handy having a dog. If you want to go immediately on the road, there is the shuttle stop that takes you to Assisi and tickets can be purchased in the tobacco shop next to the stop (very convenient). We had the opportunity to meet Lucio's parents, two very sweet people.

We were so lucky to be able to stay at Al Belvedere for a week! The apt is really lovely and the terrace is amazing. The views from the terrace and apt are incredible. Manuela met us and gave us great advice on what to do in the area and Spello. Truly magical place to stay in Umbria.

Beautiful views and Raffaele was a great host! It was off season so there wasn't much to do in the neighborhood but that was perfectly fine with me and the peacefulness was exactly what I wanted.

Very satisfied. Even if only for one night, I liked the apartment a lot both as a location and as a structure.
