La casa era pulita e confortevole. Si trova in una posizione ideale e molto tranquilla, vicina al centro della città e ai principali servizi. Floriana è stata molto gentile e disponibile, rispondendo prontamente alle nostre esigenze. Consiglio questa casa a chiunque cerchi un alloggio comodo e ben posizionato.

Maurizio helps alot. He always answered the messages a few moments after we messaged. He explained everything and the place was really clean and had everything we needed. He gave out recommendations of places and helped were he could. If I visit Perugia again, I will surely book with him!

When we arrived he let us know that we had a surprise waiting for us. Well, It was an upgrade to the apartment above the room we rented! It was absolutely beautiful and felt like the castle that was lived in in the 1500's!! We slept great, had fun using the fireplace in the kitchen/living area and the stone sink was very authentic. They provided lots of food for us for breakfast and were alway available to let us know where we could go. We walked to Montone and it was so beautiful. The best part was booking a dinner on our last night there. We had a very romantic candlelit dinner with homemade pasta, bread, wine and all the food we could possibly eat! Such great hosts that we are planning on going back again when we visit Italy in 2027. Looking forward to seeing you again!!!!

Πολύ όμορφο και άνετο διαμέρισμα. Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία.

Ho prenotato questo alloggio per mia mamma e mio fratello, sono stati entusiasti sia della location che dall’aspetto umano dei proprietari, è stato come sentirsi a casa, consigliato vivamente per chi volesse ritagliarsi un po’ di tempo per rilassarsi e staccare un po’ dal quotidiano

This was a wonderful comfortable home to base ourselves for the week whilst we explored Cortona and beyond. It was everything we could have hoped for. Very peaceful with amazing views.

We visited from California after traveling throughout Europe for 2 weeks. We were pretty sick of rubbing shoulders with other tourists. Our stay at this residence completely recharged us. The staff is wonderful, the pool is so nice (especially in this heat), delicious dinner, and all is in a secluded, magical location. The spa was a real treat at the end. Never experienced something like this before, it was amazing. Totally a five star experience.

Bardzo przytulne mieszkanko z ładnym widoczkiem, a gospodarz jest mega pomocny, odpisuje od razu na wszystkie pytania. Polecił nam miejsca, które warto zobaczyć i jak się do nich dostać polecam pobyt u Jacopo! 😊

Ci serviva un posticino per una notte e ci imbattiamo in questo appartamento. Gia nelle conversazioni precedenti al giorno del check in valentina si è mostrata disponibile, educata e proattiva. All’arrivo ci riceve la mamma manuela che ci ha accoglie in maniera estremamente carina ed esaustiva. Ci ha fatto sentire proprio a casa. L’appartamento è grande (anche più di quello che a noi serviva) e comprensivo di ogni comfort. Piccolo dettaglio che a me appassionato è piaciuto molto sono le imbarcazione costruite a mano. Molto molto belle. Nel complesso sicuramente consigliato anche per la posizione perché ho scoperto che umbertide è veramente un bel paese. Grazie Valentina e Manuela

È stata la nostra prima volta a Perugia e il soggiorno è andato benissimo. Paola è stata molto gentile e disponibile, accogliendoci come delle figlie. L’appartamento era esattamente come nelle foto e dotato di tutti i comfort. Assolutamente consigliato per chi cerca un soggiorno piacevole, leggermente distante dal caos del centro ma comodamente collegato grazie al minimetrò, la cui fermata si trova proprio accanto all'appartamento

Ottima esperienza, molto consigliata

The windows face the south so the sunshine does make the place feel warm and bright. Everything was clean and there were instructions for almost everything. It's not a brand new place, but it was clean and is in great shape. The balcony is huge and the views from it are really nice even on a rainy day. The location is a a bit further than you want from the center of town when you are pushing a stroller full of stuff, but for anyone not lugging around a 2 year old, the walk is reasonable. There is reserved parking which was one reason we went with Martina's place. There is also a cafe on the ground floor that seems to be popular (the chocolates and deserts were not the best offered in town though), and there is a little place across the street that cooks different dishes each day and to be honest, each dish was pretty good, and of course there are other restaurants nearby. No complaints really. Martina responds quickly and we will stay there again.

Alloggio pulito , con tutto il necessario, vicino centro storico, 10 minuti a piedi, giardino e calma assoluta. Giuseppe persona cordiale e accogliente e sempre disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta. Consiglio questo alloggio e ci ritornerò volentieri.

Appartamento veramente carino, accogliente, pulitissimo e in zona strategica per visitare l'Umbria. A 2 passi dall'entrata in superstrada, nella zona c'è tutto ciò che serve, ristorante, bar, supermarket. Posto auto privato, Mara è stata gentilissima e rapidissima per rispondere ad ogni nostra domanda. Da tornarci sicuramente, FORTEMENTE consigliato. Grazie di tutto, Max e Nadia

Casa molto bella, pulita e arredata molto bene. Fantastica la sauna e l'idromassaggio. Elena mi ha fornito anche tutte le indicazioni per il parcheggio gratuito (a 2 minuti a piedi dalla casa) e i ristoranti consigliati. La consiglio

Splendido appartamento in questa residenza storica nella campagna perugina, un'oasi di relax. Nonostante le temperature rigide fuori, all'interno della casa si stava benissimo tra il camino e gli spazi cozy, inclusa la cucina attrezzata. Noi eravamo due coppie di amici, ma probabilmente l'appartamento e' meglio indicato per una famiglia con bambini (date le dimensioni diverse delle due camere da letto). Infine, Karin molto disponibile e rapida nelle risposte. Tutto perfetto, da ritornarci in estate!

Ci siamo sentiti super coccolati,suite stupenda, arredata in modo raffinato,completa di ogni confort,bagno turco ed idromassaggio sono state la ciliegina sulla torta... Il personale è presente e disponibile,la colazione è fantastica,vasta scelta e tutto buonissimo! Torneremo sicuramente!

This is an absolute gem just outside of Todi town centre. June and her daughter were lovely hosts and gave us a warm welcome, providing very clear instructions and a tour around the site. They even gave us a bottle of wine, biscuits and a bottle of water. We were quite late checking in (11pm) but that was no problem for them. The apartment was bigger than the pictures and very spacious. The pool was idyllic. This was a perfect place for some R&R before getting married in Todi. On our check out, June and the residents in the other apartments had planned to surprise us with confetti which was absolutely lovely. Would 100% recommend.

Heel smaakvol ingericht appartement. Erg rustig en slechts circa 15 minuten lopen naar het prachtige oude centrum van Perugia met heerlijke restaurants en leuke barretjes. Om de hoek van het appartement zit trouwens ook een leuke bar. Echt een aanrader

This is a jewel of a property. We were looking for a restful and relaxing place in the Italian countryside and this is it!! The amenities are great, Ilario and his wife and their son, Ricardo are lovely people and they are so grateful for your business and make you feel right at home! Our rental unit was spotless and the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals in house of which we did. The bed is very comfortable!! Even though you are out in the country you are still close enough for many of the beautiful sights of this part of Italy. We will definitely return!!

un attico con una vista unica nella zona,dove si vede molto bene sia il centro storico che le montagne, l'host molto professionale, sicuramente lo riproverò

Le foto non rendono giustizia alla bellezza dell'appartamento. La pulizia impeccabile e la gentilezza, la professionalità e la simpatia della signora Sandra che ci ha accolto ci faranno tornare sicuramente a soggiornare qui nellla nostra prossima gita in Umbria.
