Vacation rentals with a patio in Bari Sardo

We felt comfortable from the beginning, the communication with Sylvianna was quick and very informative. She gave us tips on where to go for traditional food and where to find the best beaches. The beaches were at most a 15-minute drive away, be sure to take a boat tour to the famous bays, we highly recommend the accommodation

I can highly recommend it. The place is very nicely located, especially the view of the sea is fantastic. We had a lovely time at Gino's, who is very helpful and accommodating. We also noticed the very well-kept garden. Only the unpaved road to the accommodation was probably affected by the rain. Nevertheless, it was no problem even for our small rental car (Fiat Panda) to drive on it. So, you don't have to worry about it! If we are looking for a place to stay in the area again, we would definitely come back :)

Beautiful apartment with amazing view. We could have spent hours just gazing at the ocean. Everything was perfect. Whenever we had a question, Tina and Paolo always had a very good recommendation.

Our family of 5 had an incredible experience staying at Mario's place! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The property was exactly as described, with thoughtful touches that made the stay very comfortable. The location was nice—and in a peaceful area. The space was clean, nicely decorated, and stocked with everything that was listed on the site. The kids specially appreciated the pool table to fill in down time when not out and about. Throughout my stay, Mario was very responsive and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed and offered a book with helpful local tips. It was clear he put a lot of thought into making the experience seamless.

The apartment is very comfortable, spacious, clean equipped with great amenities. It is clear that it has recently been renovated and with appreciable choices. It is particularly quiet, in the center of the village and close to the streets that lead to fantastic natural places. The host is very helpful.

The house is incredibly beautifully located. All around is only the wonderful landscape of Sardinia and at night the impressive starry sky can be seen. Far from the tourist hustle and bustle, you can hear nothing but birds, and occasionally the passing sheep. You can park your car right in front of the house. You can reach the beach in 10 minutes. You can get into the house via a small bridge. The room feels huge and very nicely developed. There are mosquito nets for all windows if needed. The bedroom is separated by a wall with a closet with plenty of storage space. The bed is very comfortable and we slept very well. The bathroom and kitchen are also superbly equipped and beautifully decorated. The sofas also make it cozy for a siesta. In front of the house you can sit under olive trees. Serenella put a beautiful bouquet of flowers on the table and gave us parasols for the beach. Perfect hostess with great tips for the vacation and delicious products from her farm!

Beautiful refurbished traditional country house in a very peaceful location between the olive trees, the mountains and close to the beach. We were given a warm welcome by Maria Francesca and her husband and great recommendations.

Marianna and Vittorio are very friendly and accommodating hosts. We were greeted on arrival with a fruit basket, wine and jams. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well equipped and in the courtyard there is a grill and even a pizza oven. The 3-zone air conditioning is also extremely pleasant. There are beautiful beaches and hiking opportunities in the area!! For my birthday, Marianna baked extra cookies for me!! We and our children felt at home. Thank you for the great time! We'll be back!

We had a perfect time even in off-season period in november.

Even though we only spent two nights at the Airbnb, we had a wonderful stay! We liked the Airbnb very much, everything as described and the garden was especially nice! In April, we had the beach almost to ourselves. Swimming was even possible, so feel free to bring beach towels. There are no restaurants within walking distance in the low season, but we were able to cook very well in the kitchen. We will be happy to come back!

We felt very comfortable at Gino's. The kitchen is well equipped, the washing machine is new and everything was really very clean. The insect screens were new and the shutters could darken the rooms well. We have rarely experienced this before! We The shower outside and the roof terrace are a dream. You live very quietly here. The sea is close, although we liked Foxi Manna Beach better. Foxi Murgedu has a lot of seaweed currently - is otherwise certainly also great. You can hike in the area! You have to take garbage to the disposal station yourself, that's the way it is in this region, but it's also easy to do. Shopping before check-in makes sense, as you can buy few things directly on site. We were quickly helped with all concerns. We can only recommend the place. There is a cat living at the house.

Our stay at Lauras apartment was really great. The view is incredible and it was very calm and the apartment had everything we needed. The communication with Laura was very good and easy. She was very kind and helped us with everything we needed. We can highly recommend it!

We had a great week at the accommodation. It is very nice and large enough for a family with two children. The terrace is lovely. The accommodation is located on a quiet street with parking space. You have to take the car for all activities, the surroundings are not suitable for walking. The Gulf of Orosei from Arbatax is splendid! We also recommend Lido di Orri beach, beautiful!

I highly recommend staying at Maurizio's if you are planning a trip to Sardinia. The home is very cozy and includes everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plus, Maurizio made our stay so memorable with the fresh fruit deliveries and his recommendations to the local beaches and restaurants. We loved seeing the kittens every morning outside our front door and the property is so beautiful and alive. Plus, the beach is very close by and it was so much less crowded then the beaches that we visited in Northern Sardinia. Maurizio's home is a great stay for those who desire a quieter and more peaceful stay in Sardinia, away from the more touristy parts of the island. We would love to come back and stay at Maurizio's.

I would not only give this place 5, but preferably 10 stars – because everything was really perfect here! The apartment is ultra-modern, sparkling clean and has a beautiful roof terrace. The location is central, so you can easily walk to everything. The host was extremely friendly, welcomed us warmly, provided us with many great tips and was always available for questions. I will definitely be happy to return! If Sardinia, then definitely this place.

The two of us felt incredibly comfortable and at home in Eva's pretty, bright and tasteful accommodation. The furnishings are as good as new, the amenities very good (towels, pillows, blankets, dishes, glasses, etc.) and the terrace sensational. There was also a delicious welcome greeting, which we were very happy about. We fully agree with the other 5-star reviews! Our highlight was the location of the apartment: enjoying the fantastic view of the sea (including sunrise) from the bedroom, living room or terrace and standing on the beach in just 12 minutes on foot, which was still wonderfully deserted at the end of April. Shopping, breakfast and eating out were also easily possible on foot. The numerous restaurant tips from Valentina and Eva were very helpful. We tried different ones every day. Everything was great! Valentina's availability was very good, and the contact was straightforward and friendly. We will be happy to come back!

Beautiful and clean apartment with everything you need, exactly as described. We felt at home and would come back any time. Supermarket right around the corner so really recommended. Parking right outside the door. Beautiful covered veranda. The surrounding area is also beautiful, there is a really long sandy beach 5 minutes away by car, which borders on a pine forest. Restaurants are also within walking distance. Arbatax is really cozy and if you want more, you just drive around the corner to Tortoli. Hostess is very friendly, helpful and available at any time. Top notch location and a small but beautiful and functional apartment. We felt like we had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable, great shower and eating breakfast by the lemon tree each morning was wonderful.

Wonderful stay with an even better host. The apartment is centrally located within a 1 minute walk to the port where you’ll take your boat to all the beaches, 1 minute walk to the supermarket, and 0-3 minute walk to the restaurants depending on where you chose to dine. The apartment is exactly as shown, safe, clean, and again the hosts are a gem. Enjoy.
