Monthly Rentals in Barbecue

The place was clean and comfortable. Very much enjoyed a day relaxing when not looking for our new home to relocate to in the greater area. Had an issue when the electricity went out for the whole neighborhood, which Catie was on top of things and had someone over within 10 min with battery candles and extra flashlights. We would certainly stay there again!

This lovely location is in a gated, secure community and is very peaceful. The house has an unobstructed view of the wooded lake across the dead end road, providing a tranquil escape from busy life. You can walk across and sit on one of the logs or rocks on the water's edge and soak in the light lake breezes to decompress. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The hot water tank in the garage was leaking, so they had someone out to look at it within the hour. It took a couple of days to fix, but we had hot water the entire time and the work did not affect our plans. The kitchen faucet was also having some issues, which were discovered while repairs were in progress, so it was fixed immediately as well. We were away from the house most of the day for events, so repairs didn't affect our plans. Any issues were addressed right away and the hosts were very helpful. We would stay here again if in the area.

Adorable efficiency over the stables with everything you need in the kitchen and a comfy bed. Melissa made us feel right at home and really enjoyed our stay on the farm with some great restaurants close by. We'll definitely be returning!
