Monthly Rentals in Baravi

We really enjoyed our week long stay at Mazid’s home. It was spacious, had everything we needed and more. Lots of neighborhood cows and dogs. The locals were helpful and friendly. And a few locals we met knew Mazid and had great things to say about him. The house was stocked with everything for cooking, making coffee & Mazid gave us fresh fruit on several occasions which was such a treat. There was garbage, compost & recycling which was great. The house was well secured and has a locked gate so we felt more than safe and our stuff felt secure. No A/C but we never felt we needed it as there were lots of windows and fans, so that was perfect.Mazid was very kind and easy to communicate with. Location was a bit out of the way but we met a great taxi driver, Donal, and his mother. They were so helpful and quick to respond every time! Only complaint is that the beds were not overly comfortable compared to what we are used to back home. Our backs were a bit sore. Great stay overall!

Amos and Shazlyn are very kind and gracious hosts. They have a wonderful home in a great location and go out of their way to help make your trip memorable. 10/10 hosts

A wonderful place to stay (couple + 2 adult kids). The view is incredible. Rooms stayed cool due to the ocean breeze. The kitchen is very well equipped for self-catering, although we highly recommend Poonam’s (the housekeeper’s) delicious cooking too. We also made use of the SUP and snorkeling equipment. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. The house guestbook has many recommendations for local things to do. If you would like a taste of local Fiji hospitality then Ben and Emma a short walk down the road do a fabulous lovo that we really enjoyed.
