Very nice apartment, it was bigger than what I was expecting. My family and I felt like at home, Gabriele was very nice to help us with a booking issue, making our Italy trip stress free so we could focus on enjoying. Very nice and kind host. The apartment is 7-8min walk to the main street close to the beach where there are lots of stores and restaurants. The area is very quiet and peaceful for good night sleep. Beautiful, nicely furnished and sparkling clean apartment. Very nice bathroom. Everything in the city within walking distance. 2 parking spaces nearby (about 300 m), one free, one for a fee. Upon our arrival, we used the escalators, which is a small detour. It's faster to go directly up from the parking lot over a few short, flat steps and some bumpy terrain. The path to the escalators is also bumpy. All in all a highly recommended accommodation, we felt very comfortable.

Great hosts and location. We stayed for a full month and very much enjoyed the space. Parking was convenient and Amanda was able to register our car so that we could drive in the ZTL when needed to unload/load the car. We ran into a couple of heating and water issues, but they were very promptly resolved. There are a lot of stairs up to the apartment terrace level and up to the apartment, so anyone with mobility issues should be aware.

Andrea welcomed us super warmly and was very good tips for our nearby visits (restaurants, activities, etc.) The place was spacious, perfectly functional, and very clean. Free and private parking, as well as the hot tub are a real plus. We can only recommend booking this place. Ps: for those who would like to go to the Grand Prix de Moto GP (as was our case), be aware that the circuit is very easily accessible, about 10 min drive.

We had an amazing stay at Alessandro’s and Sonja’s place. They helped a lot with very good recommendations for local restaurants and things to see and do around. The apartment was very clean and cute, even though it was quite moist probably due to lower temperatures in May. For the summer months we can imagine it it is very cooling and perfect for sleeping. We can highly recommend the Castello and would always come back ☺️

We visited from California after traveling throughout Europe for 2 weeks. We were pretty sick of rubbing shoulders with other tourists. Our stay at this residence completely recharged us. The staff is wonderful, the pool is so nice (especially in this heat), delicious dinner, and all is in a secluded, magical location. The spa was a real treat at the end. Never experienced something like this before, it was amazing. Totally a five star experience.
