Mr. Hector responded to us very quickly and flexibly, he was very attentive. We needed to change one of the scheduled days and he was very understanding. The place was very clean, offered everything we needed, very close to pharmacies, market and restaurants, just across the street and we were already on the beach! I highly recommend it, we will definitely be back more often.

The residence is very spacious and accommodates everyone very well. I and 11 other people stayed very comfortably, and the place could easily accommodate about 3 more people. The neighborhood is good and has always had street parking spots. In addition, if you are driving, it is close to the main avenues of Balneário Camboriú that give access to the entire city. The house was organized, clean and had all the amenities needed for the stay. I certainly recommend.

Totally quiet street. very good to sleep no noise . Raquel quickly answers the messages . I liked it too much, I intend to come back next year .

The property has a hill as a backyard. Super organized place. The beach is about 2,000 meters, but for those who come by car it is excellent, as it is close to interpraias and BR 101. A great place for resting and for support. Ariadne is very much requested, as is her husband, always ready to attend. The property has two bedrooms, with some mattresses to accommodate several people. One of the rooms is a suite, with an in-room TV. The living room is a grace. You will be surprised by a huge purple in the middle of the room, which the landlady made a point to build and leave the stone as a decoration. Simply beautiful! In fact, it must be said that the photos on Airbnb do not live up to the place. The surprise will be very pleasant! I recommend it and I will come back for sure!

We had an amazing experience staying at Naza and Tim’s lovely home. Everything was perfectly clean and organized. The location was perfect and a close walk to the beach! Lisandra was absolutely amazing when handling the check in process and check out. Very helpful and made the experience soo much better. Excellent! That was my 5th trip to BC, I already stayed in hotels and other Airbnbs, but for sure Lilian's lodging was the best choice, best cost-benefit as well. It is my first option for a return. The location is excellent, close to everything, the apartment is very comfortable, very good beds, equipped kitchen and the view to the beach makes all the difference. We arrived early on the day and there were no guests to check out so we got a check in a little earlier than anticipated, which was wonderful, helped us a lot to optimize the day. Located near the beach in a quiet region (at least in March) is also another convenience that makes this accommodation so special. Lilian and Graciele were always very quick in the answers and very requested giving good support for the guests. I loved everything, highly recommend the accommodation!
