Waterfront vacation rentals in Balıkesir

Our stay at Marmara Island was really great! The location of this beachfront resort could not have been better – we had a spectacular view and were able to listen to the sound of the waves at any moment. The accommodation is quite comfortable and had everything one would need to rest. Transportation to the island is very easy by ship. The beauty of the island is not only limited to the sea and the beach, but the mountainous area behind it is also very impressive. The perfect spot for long walks or bike tours. Ideal for those who want to get away from the stress of city life and just relax. We will definitely be back!

The house is located right across from the bus station, very nice, just a little far from the sea, but it was within walking distance, but we did not have much trouble. It was the same as in the photos. We thought it would be a problem if there was no air conditioning, the chandelier fans were good

The location of the house is in the very center of the planted, in front of the public beach. Very close to the grocery store and social areas. All items are available in the house for the comfort of guests, thought out in detail. The sea is warm, ideal for families with children. It was cool at night during the season we stayed, we didn't need air conditioning. It was clean and tidy when we first entered the house and we delivered it in the same way. Thanks to the host

First of all, Ms. Işıl is a very kind and kind host, her feedback is very quick and very helpful. The house was extremely clean as seen in the visuals. Very nice and everything to meet our needs was thought out, we felt like we were in our own home. The house is located within walking distance to the grocery store,greengrocer and the sea. The sea of Altinova is very pleasant, especially close to the sunset. We look forward to staying at Ms. Işıl's house again and having a holiday here. Thank you so much🤗

There were three of us staying with Berna Abla and Süer Abi for a week. Both are very warm and hospitable. We felt very comfortable from the first seconds. The area is a bit quieter and more familiar, which was just right for us. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, the water is very clean and perfect for cooling off. In the immediate vicinity you can find cafes, restaurants, a kiosk and a small supermarket. From the main road, a bus runs every half hour to the center of town. A day trip to the center of Ayvalik, to Sarmisakli on the beach, to Cunda Island or to another of the great adjacent places is easy to reach. After the hustle and bustle of the city, we were always happy to arrive at our quiet accommodation. The weather was very pleasant and there was always a bit of wind, which is why we got along very well without air conditioning. We felt very comfortable and would come back again and again. <3

We were very satisfied with Ms. Eda's quick replies and hostess. She didn't know anything about her, but even though it was the morning of the holiday, she took care of the negativity right away. The house had all kinds of kitchens and household items. There was only a luggage and an environment to come. It was a very calm and serene environment due to the fact that it was on the site. We had a lovely dinner and morning breakfast at the porch. It is a relaxing environment for families with children to leave their children alone and relax. Except for the water cuts - not a situation that the host had - we had a lovely stay. A beautiful place for swimming, close to the garlic beach. There are places to visit nearby, and it is also quite close to Izmir. The house is as it appears in the photos, nothing is missing. I recommend it to those who are considering coming.
