Waterfront vacation rentals in Balıkesir

Our stay at Marmara Island was really great! The location of this beachfront resort could not have been better – we had a spectacular view and were able to listen to the sound of the waves at any moment. The accommodation is quite comfortable and had everything one would need to rest. Transportation to the island is very easy by ship. The beauty of the island is not only limited to the sea and the beach, but the mountainous area behind it is also very impressive. The perfect spot for long walks or bike tours. Ideal for those who want to get away from the stress of city life and just relax. We will definitely be back!

The house is located right across from the bus station, very nice, just a little far from the sea, but it was within walking distance, but we did not have much trouble. It was the same as in the photos. We thought it would be a problem if there was no air conditioning, the chandelier fans were good

The location of the house is in the very center of the planted, in front of the public beach. Very close to the grocery store and social areas. All items are available in the house for the comfort of guests, thought out in detail. The sea is warm, ideal for families with children. Do not try to enter the front of the house by believing in map applications:) The easiest parking method is migros or miran parking. The house is quite spacious. Both rooms are suitable for couples. The rooms have their own bathrooms. It was a very pleasant stay on our behalf. If I try to explain Mr. Mete's hospitality, it would be unfair to him. Make 1 stay, get 1 friend. Thank you so much. There were three of us staying with Berna Abla and Süer Abi for a week. Both are very warm and hospitable. We felt very comfortable from the first seconds. The area is a bit quieter and more familiar, which was just right for us. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, the water is very clean and perfect for cooling off. In the immediate vicinity you can find cafes, restaurants, a kiosk and a small supermarket. From the main road, a bus runs every half hour to the center of town. A day trip to the center of Ayvalik, to Sarmisakli on the beach, to Cunda Island or to another of the great adjacent places is easy to reach. After the hustle and bustle of the city, we were always happy to arrive at our quiet accommodation. The weather was very pleasant and there was always a bit of wind, which is why we got along very well without air conditioning. We felt very comfortable and would come back again and again. <3

We were very satisfied with Ms. Eda's quick replies and hostess. She didn't know anything about her, but even though it was the morning of the holiday, she took care of the negativity right away. The house had all kinds of kitchens and household items. There was only a luggage and an environment to come. It was a very calm and serene environment due to the fact that it was on the site. We had a lovely dinner and morning breakfast at the porch. It is a relaxing environment for families with children to leave their children alone and relax. We stayed two nights in Miloz Room, everything was great. The house was very tastefully furnished, clean and cool. We never needed to turn on the air conditioning. All our needs were considered, especially the coffee machine accompanied us very well in the morning. It was peaceful to drink coffee in the garden. The host was very caring and friendly. We felt like we were at home. I would definitely recommend it to those looking for a quiet, stylish and central holiday!
