Newly furnished, air-conditioned apartment in the center of garlic

Located in the city center, 200 meters from the beach in Ayvalik Sarımsaklı, our apartment is newly furnished. Many items in the house are in zero condition. Inverter air conditioning has just been purchased. It is situated on the 3rd floor of the 4-story building. There's no problem with water, there's hydrophore. Hot water is always available. All rooms of the house are spacious and spacious. There is 1 balcony. There is no elevator. 5min walk to the beach. There is 1 double bed, 2 single beds, 2 single beds and 2 sofa beds in the living room. I speak English fluently.

Kitchenware is available in the kitchen for cooking/serving. There is air-condition in the living room and master bedroom. You can enjoy our large terrace with a sea view and work from home with unlimited wifi.
