Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Balıkesir

It was our first travel experience with our 2.5 month old baby. Since it started to be slightly cold in season, we used air conditioning and a heater, there is nothing missing in the house, it can also be easily preferred outside the summer season. The house is a restored apartment with very fine details. A beautiful house welcomes you with a water purifier, its own detached garden, fireplace, cleaning, and the presence of all kinds of tools in the kitchen. Ms. Nevay was very helpful both at our check-in and at the accommodation, and did her best to make us have a comfortable holiday. Overall, we were satisfied. Since this neighborhood is an old Greek neighborhood, it is within narrow streets/intervals. Since the place where the house is located is the beginning of a street with stairs, it is necessary to climb 7-8 steps at the entrance. We somehow found parking on the surrounding streets but if you are coming in the season, the nearby parking lots would be the most logical solution, as mentioned in the other comments. Although these are not a problem for us, it is helpful for those who will come with their vehicle on purpose.

Do not try to enter the front of the house by believing in map applications:) The easiest parking method is migros or miran parking. The house is quite spacious. Both rooms are suitable for couples. The rooms have their own bathrooms. It was a very pleasant stay on our behalf. If I try to explain Mr. Mete's hospitality, it would be unfair to him. Make 1 stay, get 1 friend. Thank you so much. When she found out that we were going to stay with our 1.5-year-old child, she even shared the items she had for her own child. I've never met such a beautiful host in my life.

We communicated with Mr. Eyüp comfortably. The house was in a very central location, as shown in the photos and clean. Maybe because the season was over, the neighborhood was calm and some places were idle. I had imagined I would find a livelier neighbourhood. We stayed with two families. We especially kept it for two bathrooms, but there was one large bathroom and toilet and a small toilet. We were misled by two bathrooms, but we still had no problems. It was a beautiful choice as F/P. The terrace was very nice. Even though it was the end of October, we had our breakfast on the terrace. Our daughter had a good time with the toys in the house.

The hosts, Ms. Simru and her father, Mr. Tayfun, are very kind people; you never have any communication problems, I would like to thank them again. The house was very well cleaned when we checked in and had everything you might need. The terrace, the fact that there is a wet volume on all three floors and no parking problems were the most important advantages. The view of the terrace with a second well thought out kitchen niche was tremendous. It was also lucky that its magnificent sailboat, which is anchored on the alarm of the Rahmi Koç Museum, was also included in our view during our stay:) I wish everyone a pleasant stay.

The location of the house was great, in the center of Ayvalik and you can reach the sea with two steps. The house was clean and everything was as pictured. Most of the other houses in Ayvalık do not have air conditioning, but there are 3 in this house, you do not need to worry about the heat:). Ms. İnci was flexible with the check-in and check-out time and she was very kind, I recommend her to everyone with peace of mind:))

We found everything we needed in the house. It was pretty clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location of the house was great! You can walk just a few minutes to reach the grocery store, cafes, restaurants, boutiques and the seaside. Mr. Alper was very helpful, we could easily communicate when we needed it. We would definitely like to stay here again when we come to Ayvalık. Thank you for everything, Mr. Alper!

We loved it! The place was spotless with newer amenities and lots of space. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two large balconies. It had a washer and drying rack which came in handy for our longer trip. The view from the balconies were beautiful and the design of the building was as well. It was across the street from the crystal clear beach (recommend goggles to see the fish and ocean shoes to enter the beach more comfortably). We booked it on the road and the friendly hosts were flexible and had it ready for us by the time we arrived. The flowers at the entry were also pleasant. Would definitely love to stay again.

Fantastic location and we got our taxi driver to phone ahead when we left the airport- We were met by the cleaning lady who explained- well pointed- to everything and a few days later phoned the same driver to pick us up again- Overall one of the best we have ever stayed in and we travel a lot-

they were the most perfect people I saw and met, they greeted us with their smiling faces when we entered the house, they smelled immaculately as we entered the house, the house was very clean, as clean as the heart of the ayten sister and Kemal brother, they treated us very well during the holiday, we were not like a host, we were not like our family, we ate together and had conversations together, we designed the house so well, we did not want to go out so nicely, we felt like a lot of people there, they helped us a lot, they took us all the way to the places we could visit, and we introduced those beautiful places, a normal host only looks at the rent, but I'm very happy that I didn't want to leave, but I was very happy that I met such beautiful people until the end.

Hello. First of all, the house was even more beautiful than it was seen in the visuals. It was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable The street it was on was walking distance to Macaron street and a lot of places worth seeing. If you have a car to the island of Cunda, it is 10 minutes away. There is Migros and secure parking just within 50 MT of the house. Thanks for everything 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
