You can enjoy peace with the whole family in this wonderful place. It is only a ten minute drive to the island of Cunda and only a hundred meters to the beach. Our villa, which will allow you to have a spacious and comfortable vacation with approximately 150 square meters of balcony and terrace, three kilometers to the center of Ayvalık, no parking problem, suitable for conservative families. There are two double three single beds and a sofa bed that can turn into bed. A crib and high chair are provided if desired. All rooms also have air conditioning.

A bohemian two-story house on a parallel alleyway to Horse Cars Square,very calm, 100 m from Palabahçe, walking distance to all the organic products located in the bakery,butcher and bazaar. There are old houses on the street, but when you enter the house, you will enter another world. It takes 10 minutes to get to Cunda and Sarımsaklı from the back road. There are 4 parking lots around. Climatized with Qubishi air conditioning. Parking close by car on Thursday is possible in the evening, a market is established.

You can enjoy the fun with your whole family in this wonderful place. A unique place for Public Accommodation and Organizations. Very close to Uludağ and Downtown spots with Central Location. A place with no parking problem and all kinds of social space around it. It offers a peaceful and spacious holiday with your family. Any transportation is available. For this reason, we cannot accept unmarried couples on the family site of our villa with regret. Drinking alcohol etc. inside our villa is strictly forbidden.
