Apartment vacation rentals in Baku

Ulvi was very good on taking phone calls on my way to visit, and good on communication. I had a few questions about the place when I arrived and Ulvi was quick about responding and getting things resolved.

Yusif's place was the perfect accommodation for our group. Yusef and his family were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Yusef was very quick to respond and more than willing to assist. The apartment was outstanding. Very large, private, peaceful, comfortable and the perfect location. It definitely matches its photos and description. There was more than enough space for our group of 6. We really enjoyed the space, the size of the rooms, the number of rooms and the feel of the apartment. it was great having a parking space and a supermarket in the complex. This is definitely one of my favourite Airbnb places. It deserves more than 5 stars. This is the place to stay in Baku Thank you to Yusef and his family for making us feel so welcome.

First of all, the house was clean. The host was quick to help us when we forwarded the missing supplies. There were restaurants under the house and she was successful with breakfast. There was a nice pub around it and we loved it. Baku is far from the city, but in a reliable area, we took a taxi to and from the city. & Thank you for everything:)

[Amazing Stay with an Outstanding Host] I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The host was exceptionally kind and attentive, going above and beyond to help resolve any issues I encountered during my trip. Their support made my stay truly stress-free. The house itself was perfect – spacious, spotless, modern, and beautifully designed. It felt brand new! The location couldn't have been better, with excellent restaurants and a supermarket nearby, and it was just a short distance to the Old City. If I ever return to Baku, I would undoubtedly stay here again. Highly recommended!

It is spacious. Quite large. In the beginning I kept walking from room to room looking for the kitchen! It has 4 rooms, 3 balconies and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is large and fully equipped. Full stove, large fridge/freezer, oven and micro. The furniture is lovely also chandeliers. the place is clean and immaculate. . The apartment is comfortable and great for a longer stay. We loved the location. There is a supermarket very close, accessible via a secret locked door. Supermarket is well stocked and has friendly workers. Alcoholic beverages available. The area south of the metro station has lots of shopping, restaurants, street food. Bus available to 28May. Entrance to the complex is on the south side of the building, with a security gate. We highly recommend.

A beautiful spacious apartment on the 17th floor in a new modern residential complex. Very free, plenty of space in the rooms, great interior, warm. A view from the balcony to the center of Baku. You can hardly hear the road noise (all windows close tightly). All the amenities described are present. The instructions are as detailed as possible - it is very easy to get to the apartment using them. Great neighborhood - next to the stunning embankment along which you can (must!) walk to the city center. Metro station is two blocks away (5 min walk). Right in the building of the residential complex, around the corner there is a stunning local restaurant with very tasty traditional cuisine and completely affordable prices, there are two ATMs and a large hypermarket where you can buy everything you need. The apartment is ideal for a long stay for a man. A girl staying for a long time may experience inconvenience from the lack of shelves in the bathroom and a noticeably small kitchen.

This listing is amazing - it is equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay and you feel right at home the moment you check in. Fakhriyya is also super responsive and flexible, I can tell she genuinely cares about her guests. The location is also super central and close to metro/train stations. I'd stay here again!

If you are young and can walk steep otherwise bolt is cheap so no problem host is very good and only right guy in baku

The apartment was exactly how I expected it, clean, cozy and very fair for the price I paid. I spent the whole period there and it almost felt like home. Shout out for the host who has been super responsive and helped me with all my requests and questions. :)

We had a comfortable stay for 5 days & 4 nights, we are family of 4 with 1 kid, the place is near the old town city, highland park and Nizami street around 5-10 mins walk only. Arif is a great host and available anytime whenever we have queries, we will surely come back again.

Perfect apartment in old downtown Baku right on the Grand Prix circuit and steps from old city and the entire walkable downtown. All appliances worked. Great internet. A/C for hot nights. Extra responsive host. Highly recommended.
