Тихое, спокойное место, отлично подойдет как для большой компании так и для семьи с детьми. Ухоженный пляж в двух минутах пешком. Есть летний бассейн. Дом полностью обустроен как для долговременного проживания так и для отпуска. Для иностранных гостей можем предложить трансфер из/в аэропорт. До центра города 30 минут на автомобиле. Loved almost everything, including the location . Everything is clean , comfortable . 5 minutes walk to the sea and 2 restaurants (Seasıde, Belluga) Friendly ,attentive hostess . It will help, tell you, will meet you halfway. Hıghly recommended!

Villa Buzovna close to the sea

The host is are friendly, empathetic & a flexibly person. The support team on ground is equally responsive. The Villa, is tucked away in a quiet private residential area, whichis easy to access by public & private means. It is so spacious and adequately heated during winter. This is one place you will go and feel your spending was worth it.

An indoor swimming pool is visible with a tiled mosaic design on the floor. Brightly colored pool floaties and balls are present in the water. Seating areas with chairs are arranged along one side, and large windows provide natural light to the space.

Housing is sweet once, but it lacks air-conditioning in rooms and keys for rooms, etc. The villa is sweet and special. We hope to pay attention to sprinklers and water and the problem of the Internet is weak in the area and lacks a spreader in clothes. It is 20minutes away from Nizami Street.

Parviz’s place is a heaven to stay in for anyone looking for a simple and perfectly located seaside place close to the sea with a big 2 m deep swimming pool. It has a good strong air conditioning unit upstairs in the sleeping space which cools off all bedrooms and a living room easily. It’s well equipped with plates, glasses and cutlery, more than you need so it makes it easy to host or to stay there for a family or a group of friends. It’s quiet and pieceful neighbourhood makes you realise you really are away from the hustle and bustle of a busy city yet you are less than 10 minutes drive to the lively parts of the area if that’s what you’re looking for. As for the host himself - super welcoming, very helpful and very precious about his place therefore will do his best to help you around it pretty much at any time of day or night. He takes it a personal responsibility to make your stay as hustle free and comfortable, genuinely a positive and lovely guy. Highly recommend!!!

Cosy Seaside Villa

The house is really spacious and nice. All rooms have their own bathrooms. The pool, sauna and the steam bath were all operational. The pool was huge with warm temperature. The host was really helpful, responded even during the night and always quickly. The only drawback of the house was its location which was quite far away from Baku center (~40 min by car). But the taxis were cheap and easy to get with different taxi apps so it was manageable.

A bright living area features large glass windows offering views of the beach. Comfortable seating includes a couch and bean bags, complemented by a rocking chair. A dark coffee table sits atop polished flooring, with a dining table visible in the distance.
