Family-friendly vacation rentals in Baku

It's a very quaint house. It's on the fourth floor and there's no lift, which could be an issue for some. The house was very affordable for F1 week, it was clean and well maintained. Shahin and his mom were very helpful, proactive communication. The location is very great, there's metro and bus stops very close. There are grocery shops and restaurants close by too.

Elshan was a fantastic host! He was super responsive with lots of information before we arrived and anytime we needed anything. The apartment was very spacious and clean and we felt right at home from the minute we walked in the door. This was very welcome after a long day working or touring. There are grocery stores in easy walking distance and it was great to have security guards at the gate (who were also very friendly). It’s a quiet and safe neighbourhood. The Old City is a 5 minute drive away, which is also close to shopping and the waterfront. Do not hesitate to stay here when coming to Baku.

Great place and the place was in the center and you don’t need to use any transportation You can walk and find everything close to you

Jalal met us late at night and at the end of the trip allowed us to stay late in the evening until the plane. Very polite, constantly on communication, did not distract once again during the stay. The apartment is big and clean.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this stunning duplex apartment in Baku! Although the apartment is around 10–12 years old, it’s incredibly well maintained, and the loft area in particular looks absolutely stunning—stylishly designed and thoughtfully kept. The property was exactly as shown on the Airbnb portal, offering all modern amenities and comforts you’d expect for a relaxed stay. Located right in the heart of Baku, it boasts a fantastic view of the Caspian Sea and easy access to major attractions. The check-in process was smooth and effortless, thanks to the efficient and helpful support from Ms. Delya, the property manager. But what truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service provided by Mr. Tufan, the Travel Manager. From airport pickup to organizing daily tours and our final drop-off, he was consistently present, supportive, and incredibly courteous. His attention to detail and friendly approach made our entire trip stress-free and very enjoyable.

It was such a great time staying at Ziyas place, I stayed for a month. Everything was clean, I was met by his family and they were was super friendly. The apartment was right beside a grocery store with everything you need, some nice restaurants walking distance and very quiet inside the building. There was everything I needed inside, a full kitchen, comfortable mattress, oled TV. I felt right at home. Thank you very much it was very memorable. Would stay again if I came back to Baku.

I spent a weekend at Rahbar's house. I am so glad that I picked his house from among many available on airbnb. The house is simply perfect! Spacious, bright, renovated, clean, and very neat. Everything in the house is very clean, and I literally felt like I was in a 5-star hotel. The pictures of the house doesn't do justice. When you see the house you will be surprised how modern aura it has. It comes with the fresh breakfast - organic eggs, organic home made juice etc. The kitchen was extremely clean. The backyard is very nice and full of seasonal fruits. Literally, there was no single reason to not love this place. And finally Rahbar himself… Unfortunately, we could not meet in person because he was out of town, but I could feel his warm personality during our phone conversations that we had. He is there to make your stay a wonderful experience. I am glad that I found this place. I am going to stay at this place anytime I need to get away from the town and chill out. Strongly recommend it!

The house was just as described. Although some minor issues arose, as soon as we contacted Xamis, he promptly came and resolved them. The location of the house is excellent, making it ideal for relaxation during the summer months.

Anar has a very nice place, it felt like home there and it has all you need for a long stay. Location is very convenient, you can reach most of the city's areas of interest including restaurants, museums and parks in 10-20 minutes on foot. I would definitely recommend!

Staying in Artist's Villa by the Sea is one of the best travel experience we have ever had. Starting with the excellent communication with family of Abraham where we felt like in our own family, a lot of care. The beach is just 5 minut from the Villa and this is the best beach for my mind. We never wanted to leave. Thank you for our trully wonderful geteway in Azerbaidjan!

The location of the apartment is superb and does not get any better than that as there is a row of cafés on the street right below the apartment, a 24hr pharmacy, as well as a 24 /7 cafe, there are multiple supermarkets within the vicinity which are only around 3 -5 minute walk. The apartment itself is very accessible yet extrmely safe. The courtyard is gated all around while the building itself is tucked in just close enough to one of the gate entrances making it easily accessible. The apartment is clean and very cozy, there are all the necessary household items and everything is thought out with love and prepared for living and relaxing in it. We would also like to especially note the timely responsiveness and responsibility of the host in offering her help to resolve all issues that arose during our stay which was done with touching sensitivity. we had an amazing stay at Elchin's place for the Baku grand prix. it had everything we wanted and needed, right on the track and pretty close to our grandstand. Baku was in a bit of chaos because of all the road closures but Elchin helped us out immensely, got us some food for the fridge and made sure we were ok. comfy bed and pillows, great water pressure and aircon. what more could we need! We will definitely stay here again when back in Baku!

The place is hard to locate. Host stays in Australia due to which it's hard to communicate. Though the house was clean it had some kind of picklesh smell. The bidet was broken & the plates had oil stains. Even the bedsheets had some stains. We still co-operated as we wanted to be polite. But what happened after that ruined our whole experience. There was no one to pick up the garbage & the host had told to either throw them or keep in the house and it will be cleaned later. But her mom made us carry the garbage with us. She checked the entire house before our exit & made us place the things exactly where they were before. During this trip we used our own towels & never used the towels that were in the cupboard but host charged us 8k claiming that there were lipstick stains on the towels. The pics that she sent as proof did even have lipstick stains. When we denied her claims & sent the proof she took back the complaint. Our experience with the host and her mom was really bad.

Beautiful villa came with all the amenities as listed. Elvin was extremely friendly and helpful. Villa was in secluded location and offered privacy. Would recommend to others and definitely will stay here again.

We were welcomed very friendly by Emin in the apartment. Emin organized our pick-up at the airport very well. Our host was very courteous, friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern, quite new and beautifully furnished in a rustic style. All rooms are very large and comfortably cut. All around we felt very comfortable. Emin's tips were also very useful, so we had a good start for our holiday in Baku right on the first day.
