A beautiful spacious apartment on the 17th floor in a new modern residential complex. Very free, plenty of space in the rooms, great interior, warm. A view from the balcony to the center of Baku. You can hardly hear the road noise (all windows close tightly). All the amenities described are present. The instructions are as detailed as possible - it is very easy to get to the apartment using them. Great neighborhood - next to the stunning embankment along which you can (must!) walk to the city center. Metro station is two blocks away (5 min walk). Right in the building of the residential complex, around the corner there is a stunning local restaurant with very tasty traditional cuisine and completely affordable prices, there are two ATMs and a large hypermarket where you can buy everything you need. The apartment is ideal for a long stay for a man. A girl staying for a long time may experience inconvenience from the lack of shelves in the bathroom and a noticeably small kitchen.

The place is beautiful , and close to Nizami Street and Boulevard , the host was great and a positive person, the house also has everything , an integrated kitchen, thank you so much for Liman , and I recommend it ..

We had a comfortable stay for 5 days & 4 nights, we are family of 4 with 1 kid, the place is near the old town city, highland park and Nizami street around 5-10 mins walk only. Arif is a great host and available anytime whenever we have queries, we will surely come back again.

Perfect apartment in old downtown Baku right on the Grand Prix circuit and steps from old city and the entire walkable downtown. All appliances worked. Great internet. A/C for hot nights. Extra responsive host. Highly recommended.

It's a very quaint house. It's on the fourth floor and there's no lift, which could be an issue for some. The house was very affordable for F1 week, it was clean and well maintained. Shahin and his mom were very helpful, proactive communication. The location is very great, there's metro and bus stops very close. There are grocery shops and restaurants close by too.

We had a fantastic stay at Sabri’s place! From the moment we arrived, it felt just like home. The apartment was cozy, clean, and very well located. We really appreciated the great connectivity — getting around was easy, and there were lots of restaurants, supermarkets, and even a pharmacy close by. Walkable Metro, Bus & Malls. This place was just right for a family. It was safe, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Sabri was a wonderful host, always available and kind. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommended!

I stayed at Jamal's place during the UNFCCC COP29 period. All the hotels were at exorbitant prices and then I found Jamal's place. It is centrally located and walkable to busses and metro. It was a perfect stay. He has kept a loads of linen for my two week stay. It's a nice neighbourhood with a convenient store on the ground floor. Moreover, his communications were so effective and fast. He ensured that I reach the place without any hassle. Everything was ready for me to check in. The kitchen and the bathroom is with all the required amenities. Check-in times were so flexible. It is highly recommended place if you visit Baku. You can read to any location easily from here. Security of the place is very high too. Keep up the good work Jamal and I am sure the visitors will love your hospitality and the place.

I stayed at Taleh’s Airbnb for 2 nights, and it was honestly the best experience I’ve had in Baku. The location is perfect — right in the center, close to all major attractions, and the surroundings feel even more premium than Nizami Street (which is nearby too). The apartment is luxurious and beautifully designed with a PS5, Jacuzzi, stylish furniture, comfortable bedding, and a fully equipped kitchen — everything is top-notch. Taleh is an exceptional host: extremely friendly, quick to respond via video call or in-person if needed, and genuinely helpful. The highlight? He provided me with a baby stroller free of charge for my entire 7-day trip, even though I only booked his place for 2 nights (once again, thankyou so much for this brother). That kind of kindness is rare and speaks volumes about his character. Taleh goes above and beyond — a truly great guy and an even better host. Highly, highly recommended! 10/10.

The apartment is within walking distance to the Port Baku Mall, Crescent City Mall, numerous other boutique retailers, Old City, and great restaurants. We definitely would recommend Nailla's location to other travelers to Baku.
