Monti di Luna was a perfect accomodation for my family of 5. Paola and Simone are caring hosts, provided excellent communication and were very responsive before and throughout our entire stay. The location is excellent, and the bikes provided allow you all the transportation you need to navigate Forte dei Marmi and feel like a local. The garden outside is simply lovely and incredibly peaceful. We cannot wait to return!

Wonderful stay at the Villa among the vineyards in Panzano. Vicky, the host, is the owner of Le Fonti winery with the villa surrounded by their vineyards and olive groves. The view from the villa is absolutely stunning. The town of Panzano is very cute. We bought groceries at the Coop and made breakfast each morning, gathering in the cozy well equipped kitchen. There is a courtyard immediately outside the doors of the villa with a large table, and again amazing views. Our time in the villa was so relaxing! Though we went to several wineries, a highlight was a very personal tour of the winery, wine making process and wines by Vicky at Le Fonti. She spent time discussing/pouring the different wines, even bringing over the same wine from different years to show us the difference the weather/grape stress influences the final taste. Overall exactly what we wanted from a Tuscan experience and really enriched by an extremely friendly and knowledgeable host.

Maria's home was stunning with beautiful flowers all around it. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals. There is a gorgeous marble staircase to the bedrooms upstairs with another bedroom on the main floor. It was an easy drive to La Spezia to take the train to The Cinque Terre region. We enjoyed Pisa and Florence also. It was a great vacation for a family of 5.

Elena's house is beautiful, the design is much better than it looks in the pictures, it's very spacious, with everything you need! the outdoor space, the garden and swimming pool are really great! we had great time!

Beautiful house in a stunning location. Pool was great. Perfect for a large family. Owners were very helpful and available when needed. Rooms were hot overnight but this is expected in peak summer in Italy.

We had a lovely stay at Leonardos villa in the hills of the Tuscany. The place has different villas that are within walking distance of each other but with enough distance so that privacy is kept. The villa is very rustic and old, which creates the Italian charm, but of course ants also find their way into the house which you need to be aware of. We were not disturbed by that and loved the country- style feeling of the place!

Typical Italian House, very large with large bedrooms and equally large toilets. Being a typical Italian house, old though with good structure, it remembers those very large mansions... decor is felt in another time! Quiet place. Host is 5 stars, always responds promptly with solutions. The possibility to hire Lunch or Dinner service for some special event, in my case, a birthday that was a magical evening, with typical Tuscan dinner very well prepared, decorated, tasty with live music (jazz).

Here is the final version of the review: --- We had a wonderful stay! The property offers a breathtaking view of the sea that we enjoyed every day, especially at the fantastic sunsets. The pool was beautiful and very well maintained, perfect for relaxing. The surroundings were quiet and peaceful, which really helped us relax. We also particularly liked the olive trees on the property, which gave the whole thing a special charm. The hosts were always available and very helpful. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a quiet getaway with fantastic amenities!

Absolutely perfect stay! The house is impeccable, very well-equipped and in a good location. Leonardo is very responsive and attentive and we had a memorable stay with friends. The house is spacious, very well maintained, well-equipped and very charming. We felt right at home and the terrace and garden are very private and friendly. We loved it and highly recommend it, everything was perfect!

Five friends made to feel very welcome to this beautiful spacious villa with a lovely pool set amongst olive groves. The scenery that surrounded us was beautiful. Invited to Mark's villa who shared his knowledge and history of the olive groves which was very interesting and the hospitality received was first class (vino and yummy bruschetta's). This was the perfect place to stay and would highly recommend.

Villa Poggiostelle was an incredible house in the hills above Florence. It was a peaceful escape that is very private with incredible views. The house is so well set up - our children loved the badminton, soccer ball and table tennis set up as well as the incredible gym. The pool was gorgeous with wonderful views over the hills and valleys near Calenzano. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated each with their own bathrooms with modern fixtures. The villa itself is about 25 minutes to a train station where we caught a train into Florence, 15 minutes to a nearby supermarket. It was easily accessible to all the highways and autostrade to explore Tuscany. A car is essential staying here though as it is a very hilly area in a secluded spot. Tatiana was a wonderful host who made our stay comfortable. She was always available to answer questions and even delivered a delicious surprise package of pastries one morning.

The villa is gorgeous scenic experience with views of the Tuscan hills. We came in Winter so we couldn’t use the lovely pool but enjoyed a wine tasting just up the street at Tenuta Maria Teresa. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and we loved congregating in the living room to play games. We cooked meals in the kitchen and had what we needed. It was very private and tranquil location 12 minutes from Lucca. The hosts were friendly, communicative, and worked with us easily on check in and out times even letting us arrive early. It is typical in Italy to pay for heat consumption, came out to 226 euro for three days even when turning it low when gone for the day so just something to keep in mind as it is a large villa. Overall, a lovely experience and highly recommend the location. We’d come back.

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa. The home and the grounds were magical! The beauty of the property and stunning, endless Tuscan views are unmatched. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor eating areas and relaxing by the pool. Located within a short distance to the town of Greve and the walled city of Montefioralle, we were perfectly positioned to enjoy all that the area had to offer. Giovanni was an outstanding host. He left us a detailed packet with all the information we needed as well as all of the best places to visit and things to do in and around the area. He was responsive and helpful, taking care of any issue we had quickly and efficiently. Living spaces and bedrooms were spacious and generously appointed. We would absolutely return!

What an amazing place , the photos do not do it justice. Lovely gardens and pool area with plenty of places to sit and relax and eat, and a great wood barbecue and pizza oven . The house is very Tuscan and full of antiques. Three very well equipped kitchens with all the utensils needed . Plenty of space upstairs and down and in the pool house if some peace is needed. The views are spectacular. Would thoroughly recommend without hesitation and would love to return

Everything in the villa is new, immaculate, and thoughtfully arranged. The outdoor spaces are exceptional, featuring a ground-level dining area and a rooftop patio with lounge chairs and breathtaking views. The location is convenient and within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and pharmacies. It is a five-minute drive to the stunning beach and promenade of Lido di Camaiore. We went on day trips for sightseeing to Pietrasanta, Pisa, Lucca, Livorno, Carrara, and San Gimignano, where we enjoyed wine tasting and a cooking class in the beautiful Tuscan hills. Massimo is a five-star PLUS superhost. He was passionate about providing recommendations for dining and day trips, which made our visit truly exceptional. I highly recommend staying here, and I can't wait to stay again on my next trip to Tuscany.

We had a lovely time at Giorgia place! The views were stunning and tranquil just what we all needed! The terraces were sunny at different times of the day . We had great fun using the Pizza Oven. Also the table tennis table was used a lot. We definitely needed a car and going some lovely Villages about 30 mins away Barga and on the back to Pisa Airport stopped off at Pietrasanta celebrating Art lovely shops and quirky shops etc . The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need and loved the Lavattza coffee machine ! Would definitely recommend !

I have so much positive to say about this place! Despite what some reviews mention about the drive, it's absolutely worth it. There's a small restaurant just 2-3 minutes away, easy access to the city, and you're only about an hour from Pisa and some beaches. The house was perfect—everything well thought out and worth every penny. The pool was amazing, and the host was very responsive. If you're visiting in autumn or spring, bring warm clothes for the chilly evenings. We were sad to leave, and I can't wait to come back to this dreamy property!

The stay was beautiful. The view is fantastic, the pool very clean, surrounded by a beautiful, huge garden. Breakfast on the terrace is fantastic as the kitchen goes right to the terrace. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. the air conditioning works perfectly, the nearest supermarket can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes, as well as there are various restaurants that can be reached in less than 20 minutes by car. Like that of The Sor Paolo or the Barrachina.

Villa Elisa is a beautiful villa in a secluded spot. We had a great week in the villa. There is only one comment i would like to make and it is more something to consider for the owner: the temperature inside the house is too low. There is no way to heat it. We were lucky that the outside temperature was pleasant so we stayed most of the time outside.

We had a wonderful week at Vincenzo's house. We were 2 families with children (5 total). The spaces in the house were perfect to accommodate everyone. The location, a 15-minute drive from the beaches of Lido di Camaiore and 35 minutes from beautiful Lucca, turned out to be perfect. Away from the chaos, surrounded by greenery and tranquility. Vincenzo is also a super host! Friendly and helpful. Absolutely recommended.

Amazing place to chill out and enjoy the nature. The pool was amazing and the house was very clean. We had an excellent time there, Thank you Anto❤️

Francesca made us feel right at home. the place was amazing and we definitely want to come back. the property is beautiful and great if you want to play tennis , ping pong, or swim… super fun. Francesca was so sweet, gave us great recommendations, and helped us with all our questions. She even graciously helped our grandma get a doctor to see her when she sick. 10/10 amazing !
