We felt completely comfortable in the accommodation. The house was very clean, well-maintained and tastefully decorated – you came in and felt welcome right away, even the smell when entering was pleasant. The hostess was extremely friendly and attentive, you immediately noticed that she really cares about the well-being of the guests. The kitchen was very well equipped, so you could easily cook for yourself. The beds were comfortable, it had everything you needed, and even little things were thought out. The location is great – quiet, but with quick access to the city. Especially practical: there was safe parking on site. In short: an all-round successful overall package that we would recommend at any time. Thank you for the wonderful time!

The house was as described. The furniture is old, but everything is functional and clean. Beautiful well-kept garden. Veronica even got us a high chair at our request. We stayed with our 4 grandchildren. They liked it, too. Several toys are also provided.

My stay at Michael's was wonderful. We gathered and wanted to barbecue. The house was very large and matched the description. We were very pleased. Special thanks to the caretaker – he even helped us with the barbecue. We didn't have enough coal, but he brought us wood and saved us. Thanks again for everything!

We had a lovely time at the house, where we directly felt at home. Simple but had everything we need, well furnished and practical. Maria was very kind and flexible. We highly recommend that house!

Very quiet location in the countryside, very cozy large apartment with very large facilities, on 2 floors, interesting mix of old interior with modern facilities. We took hikes directly from the house, you could take many tours from here!

Great stay, very friendly - very clean

The resting place is very private, in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It is close to entertainment venues and the river. Parking is in the building and very convenient.

The lake hut has a unique location. Ideal for nature lovers. Kingfisher and night heron came up to the jetty. We were even able to get two tickets for the actually sold-out lake festival plays on site.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa! The place was just as beautiful as in the pictures – very clean, stylishly decorated and perfectly equipped. I would especially like to highlight the hospitality of the owner – very friendly and took excellent care of everything. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended!

I can safely recommend staying at Birgit and Heinz's house. Very nice people, offering a home in a quiet neighborhood, well-equipped and cozy, at an attractive price. Everything was as described and the check-in was seamless. There is a private parking lot and the metro station is about 8 minutes walk. There is hot water at home, contrary to the description:D I could definitely go back on my next visit to Vienna!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Michi's! The rooms were clean and spacious, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail and the personal touches in every corner. Our only regret was the rainy weather, and our only wish, that we had stayed longer. Dear Michi, thank you so much for your warm welcome and for being so helpful throughout our stay. Georg is a friendly and thoughtful person. When we had questions, Georg always tried to think along with us. If we cooked there, we could use his extensive herb garden. On warm rest days, we sat under the umbrella by the pool.

We spent a week in the beautiful villa at the beginning of June 2025. The place is really very large, very high quality and individually/artistically equipped. There are numerous ways to relax in the garden, by the pool, on the terrace, on the balcony or in the winter garden. Everything is also available in the kitchen. The landscape is an absolute dream, right outside the front door there is beautiful nature (meadows, forests, mountains). You can hike and ride MTB excellently (very many trails -> absolute highlight :-)). There are also many "normal" bike paths where you can relax and ride to Mödling (10 min) or Vienna (about 60 min). By car, you can easily reach Vienna city center in about 30 minutes. Also super easy by train from Mödling. There are two supermarkets very close by. Communication with the landlords was impeccable, they are very friendly and helpful. Electric charging station for cars just 100 meters away.

Really good apartment and good communication with Barbara! She was always proactively trying to help. The location is really central and for those who are coming with car: there's good parking lot (6 min walking from the apartment) with a fair price of approx. 3.50EUR/day.

Everything was as stated, a clean and very comfortable space, a very welcoming feeling. Valeria provides an excellent stay, and made us feel right at home. The balcony is a big bonus, great views, great place for a meal, great place for a glass of wine at the end of a day of hiking and exploring . Would absolutely stay there again. Great hiking nearby, lots of really good restaurants and heurigers within walking distance.

georg was a responsive host in his answers. Easy check-in. Clean and tidy house. The house is located in the center of the village of Modling, in the courtyard of the house there is a private parking lot for the car, near the house a SPAR supermarket, tobacconist, and several shops and places to eat. There was also a children's playground inside the park, and I went there with my girls every night. Downtown Vienna is only 17 km away. In the house you will find everything you need and everything looks very new. Everything is perfect, the only flaw is the mattresses, they seem a little dated (uncomfortable). Super recommended, we'll be back

This was our second stay at Waltraud's house. We very much liked the quiet peaceful location and the amenities of the house. It is a short walk to the Baden Lokal Bahn that has frequent services to central Vienna. We enjoyed the local Heurigen in Guntramsdorf and Waltraud and her husband Charlie were helpful and gracious hosts.

Great place, stayed just for a night and it was amazing, they have everything you could possibly need in the apartment.
