Monthly Rentals in Avondale

We thoroughly enjoyed or stay here! We were here to attend Spring Training games in Goodyear and surrounding areas and the home is centrally located to our destinations as well as venturing to Scottsdale. It’s I. A nice quiet neighborhood and the close by Friendship Park was of great use for my son preparing for his upcoming baseball season as well as going to nearby Dbat as well, felt like just back home!! I would recommend home to others and look forward to returning for Spring Training again sometime soon.

Well put instructions for entry, very clean and well put together place. Will definitely try to stay again on my next visit to phoenix. Two thumbs up 👍 👍

A nice little place for two couples! We were in town for Spring Training and this place worked out perfectly. Close to some restaurants, a brewery, and all the other amenities you’d need.

This place was perfect for our group of 4 in Arizona for spring training! A short drive to many ballparks and breweries, it was great! The backyard was awesome and the house was very clean and comfortable!
