We had a fantastic week skiing Breckenridge - the capacity to ski in and out was amazing. The shuttle will take you almost anywhere you might want to go in town - and then pick you up! Amenities are stellar - everything is as listed. We loved the convenience of being in a serviced unit - the front desk and concierge are super responsive and helpful. The space itself is light filled, very clean and spacious for four even when using the pull-out couch. Grand Timber allowed us to use the amenities before our room was ready and after check-out which enabled us to ski more days. Highly recommend!

My son (6) and I really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Timber - the unit was cozy and clean, the amenities were far beyond what we expected, and the staff was so thoughtful and helpful. The resort was so incredibly family friendly (great pools, rentable movie theaters, game room, crafts), and we loved the proximity to downtown and skiing. The free and protected parking was a big perk, and I found our stay was an excellent value for the price. We'd absolutely book Ken's place again for a family vacation the Breckenridge!

Location doesn’t get much better than the Ritz Carlton in Beavercreek!! we booked this unit when there was a complete company buy out, so we were not able to use all of the amenities for the entire day, but the host was very clear This would be the issue and gave us a reduced rate. However, we did get to utilize all of the restaurants and bars our last day/night & everything was amazing! We will definitely be back

Very cozy condo, beautiful view of the mountain. Quick walk to Mountain house and lift to the mountain.

SkyRun are super communicative and helpful, check in was easy and they're on hand locally. Building and room is a little older, but was clean and comfortable, the location is unbeatable right by the American Eagle lift and the bars/restaurants in the Center Village. You can drop your gear and there's parking included across the street.

Loved it...and we didn’t even get to the hot tub (which I’ve since heard is amazing & we really missed out...next time for sure). Thanks for the hospitality!!!

We always have a great stay at the Timber Lodge, this will not be the last time we go for sure. We love the ski in/ski out access, the pools, and the restaurant. We always make sure to take advantage of the theater rentals, and the shuttle to town is so helpful and responsive.

We really enjoyed staying at Laura’s. It was exactly what we wanted: well-maintained, all the essentials, and the beds were nice and comfortable. You aren’t at the base of Vail but the shuttle is extremely reliable and it takes about 5-7 minutes to go from the condo to Lionshead. Her parking spot is indoors too. The staff at River Run are helpful and present and the heated pool is comfortably heated. (And the hot tub and sauna are great too.) Laura was communicative and helpful. We were checking in very late and she helped to manage that with the River Run staff. All went smoothly. We’d definitely stay here again. Great price point, great location and great accommodations.

Everything was great. Only suggestion would be to change check out time to 10am. It says 11am on the app but check out is at 10am.

We had an amazing trip to Beaver Creek. The condo was exactly as described. It was incredibly clean, had everything we needed and the location cannot be beat. We would definitely return to this condo again!

My daughter and I had the best time! Super easy to find. We were greeted by fantastic service that helped with luggage and car. It was really nice to be able to walk everywhere from the Lodge. Room was outstanding as well as the amenities. Overall, very happy with our stay!

The stay was awesome and truly felt like home. Very clean and well equipped. Short walk to the lift and free storage of ski made the experience much more sweeter, truly a ski in/ski out. Short easy 5 min walk to town. Only drawback and complaint was a last minute reservation change by owner which the first 2 days was for some reason unavailable so I had to scramble to find another place to stay temporarily, but after that and once checked in everything went flawless, still had a great time. It was a little stressful trying to find another place to stay at the last minute but Caden was very responsive and communication was good throughout the process. Would definitely stay again and hopefully there won’t be any last minute changes.

Fantastic location if you ski the blue runs at Breck! Easy gondola ride to Peak 8. You will not be dissapointed with this rental! We loved it!

Stayed here for one night after having to extend our stay because of a winter storm. We wish we would’ve initially booked this place for our whole trip. The Mountain View’s were amazing! Everything was clean, the staff at check in were kind. Would definitely stay again!!!
