Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Aventine Hill

This place was beautiful, all you need to rest, the lady in the house is really nice, she didn’t speak English but she made a great effort to communicate which is good. The breakfast in the morning was the best part, everything was okay with this place.

Silvia is a fantastic host, who offered support and tips proactively. We really enjoyed the place, very close to Colosseum.

Great experience all around, would recommend. Barbara and her husband are one of the nicest people you'll meet. Room was decently kept and clean. Parking is available right in front of the apartment. Location was exactly what I needed although maybe not ideal if you want to explore the centre of Rome.

Wow this is a really beautiful and lovely apartment... the room is even prettier than it looks...the host is very friendly and informative! the kitchen is one of my favorite part as its vibe and it provides more than expected! There is metro station downstairs within 1 minutes... the only thing is the washing area in the bathroom is a little bit small...there is house cleaning everyday and the service is really good... I must recommend this to everyone who visit Rome.

Very good host, they received us early for check-in and check-out.We were tired after a day of fun and they even sent us wine and water. They responded promptly to any requests for help!Highly recommended, a few minutes from the subway station, and it takes only 30 minutes to get to the core attractions

Filippo is very supportive and friendly. The location is perfect, around 10 min walking distance from Villa Borghese and there are several food options around. The place was clean and cozy, the bed was comfortable. Thanks Filippo for hosting

Waking up in Rome, getting out of the most comfortable bed, and sipping espresso in a private garden while birds chirp—it sounds like a dream, but it was our reality thanks to this amazing stay. Stefano welcomed us like family, took the time to explain everything we needed to know, and made us feel completely at home. If we return to Rome, there's no doubt—we're booking this place again. Every review we read beforehand was spot on—no exaggerations. Everything was exactly as described, and Stefano is a perfect 10. Highly recommend!

Had a great time at Giancarlo's, who is very smiling and welcoming! ☺️ He gave me the opportunity to drop off my luggage before I could access the room. In addition, he is very available and responsive by message and he gave me valuable information. The accommodation is very clean, tidy and above all: super modern! My room was large, very well-equipped and I liked the modern decor. There were even vouchers for breakfast in a bar next door. The location of this accommodation is not super central but it is 4 minutes from a metro stop that allows you to reach the center very quickly. I highly recommend Giancarlo's apartment for a stay in a modern apartment in Rome and also good value for money!

What a great find! It’s in a great central location, with the comfiest bed to rest in after a long day of walking. Having coffee and a pastry or sandwich from the restaurant below to start our mornings was a very nice touch. Thanks for a great stay!

They picked us up and dropped us off at the EUR Magliana metro to match our departure or arrival time! The room was very clean and spacious. The view from the room is also very beautiful. The toilet and bath were also clean! Also, they kindly prepared breakfast according to our wake-up time. Andrea was very kind and friendly, and kindly gave us very detailed recommendations for sightseeing in Rome and other places! I'd love to stay again when I visit Rome again!!

Stefania is very kind and available. The place is super central. In my case, I based myself here to participate in the Rome 2025 Marathon, departing the Colosseum. Bedroom with bathroom equipped with all amenities and super clean. The neighborhood is sometimes slightly noisy at night.
