Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Augusta

Francesco's vacation home is great on the slope of Etna with a terrace view to the north-east. From the terrace, you can enjoy a beautiful view over the vineyards and the valley of Linguaglossa. You can really enjoy your peace and quiet there and there are two restaurants within walking distance. A rental car is nevertheless recommended to explore the great surroundings (excursion to Etna - 16 km, beach south of Naxos - about 20 km, Taormina (great recommendation) - about 30 km, gorge of Alcantara - about 20 km and and and). All in all a very nice vacation home for up to 4 people with a great quiet location and fantastic views. We will be happy to come back.

The accommodation was as advertised and the host was very responsive. If the beach of lido di noto is not within walking distance, the accommodation is conveniently located between Noto and the Vendicari reserve. Syracuse can be reached in 30 minutes by car. Possibility to pick oranges from the garden to prepare fresh fruit juices in the morning.

Highly recommended! Uccio welcomed us and had an assortment of local foods available for us, eggs from his chickens, citrus fruits, including his delicious red wine! We felt welcome and appreciated, his children played with ours while they met and learned the names of the friendly farm cats. There are multiple destinations within 30 minutes of the farm, including a warm sandy beach, castles, Ragusa Ibla, caverns, the list goes on. Excellent host and location!

Couldn’t have been better. Easy communication, super warm welcome, awesome property that has everything you need and more. We felt immediately at home and even days of thunderstorm and rain were pleasant in this house. Valerio and his family have always been there for us and took care of everything super fast. The property looks in real life even better than on the pictures.

We had a pleasant time at Emuanuela and Mariagiovanna's, the house is ideally located for exploring the eastern part of the island. We enjoyed the provision of a portable crib and other baby amenities. Very good communication when at home or different places to discover on the island.

We spent a great week at Marcello's place. It is a beautiful property with a charming garden and super friendly cats. Marcello was very helpful and attentive. Gave us very helpful tips and recommendations. We definitely recommend and we enjoyed every minute! Kitchen has all the essentials. Plus, an outdoor space for cooking and dining. There's a nice beach club with crystal clear water nearby, only 5min walk. Having car at this location is recommended- there are many places to discover and the garden has a secured parking.

Very nice place . A little far from the city center but it's not worse because it's quieter. Too bad the barbecue is far from the accommodation ( it is 30 meters on a part that is public and you have to leave the accommodation to access it) It would be nice to be able to eat right next to the barbecue but nothing is provided for this purpose. Our host was very responsive and enjoyable

The apt. had everything you needed for a comfortable and perfect stay. The amenities were very thoughtful that Emanuele&Ivana provide for their guests such as slippers, cookies and a nice bottle of wine when checking in. The apt. Is beautifully decorated modern and elegant. Very comfortable bed , nice balcony and centrally located to restaurants and walkable for sightseeing and shops. Would highly recommend staying here .

We stayed only for one night, so my review is somewhat limited. We arrived early, and were allowed to check in early. That was an unexpected bonus. Communications were good. The room is - as described - quite small. But it has everything one needs. The bed was comfortable, the shower was good and strong, there was minimal street noise. The terrace is certainly the highlight of the place, with its beautiful view of the water, and comfortable lounge chairs on which to enjoy the sun. Be aware though that in order to get such a lovely view, the flat must be on the top floor. And there is no elevator. So expect a bit of a workout going up and down. For those of you who are, like me, a bit older, this should be taken into consideration.

Everything was exactly as described and fit exactly for our two nights in Syracuse: great location, Ortiygia within walking distance, the small house on two floors with pretty courtyard and balcony and everything in the kitchen and bathroom you need. Very tasty coffee! Thank you Martina! We highly recommend the place!

We had a fantastic stay in Robin's beautiful house in Ognina. Can only join other guests in confirming that the place is perfectly clean, comfortable, modern, in a beautiful setting, right across the street from a small bay, with all the necessary amenities. Robin was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, made us feel very much at ease and gave us lots of recommendations for the area. We were traveling with a toddler and had a crib and a high chair that we really appreciated. We enjoyed taking morning walks around Ognina and grabbing afternoon aperols at the cafe by the port. Just note that the house is shared with other guests who have their own access and space, which didn't bother us at the slightest and everyone we saw was very friendly. Thank you Robin for the warm welcome!

We were guests at Daniela's for the second time. The apartment is large has shabby charm, nothing is new, but it is somehow romantic. The location is perfect and we love the large roof terrace. It is totally quiet and you can hear and see the sea and you are still in the middle of the old town.

We had a great time at Dario’s place. Incredibly well located but still very peaceful at night. The space was nice and big with two bathrooms and lots of space to relax as well as a lovely balcony. Dario was a lovely and easy to reach host - would highly recommend!

This place was better than what we had asked for. Very spacious, extremely clean, walkable to all the amazing restaurants and farmers market. Francesco responded right away to any questions we had about the area. I can't wait to come back and stay in this location and beautifully clean home.

We had an amazing 7 nights stay. The place is in a quiet area with woderfull mediterenean garden views. The terrace is a great place to spend the mornings and the sunset. Also the place is close to the supermarkets . would. Good value and amazing host.

Fantastic 3 weeks at Francesco`s beautiful apartment - superbly located on Isola Ortigia, an absoultely spectacular place. Lively even during winter and a number of sights (Neapolis is a must!). Went to the food market for fish and greens and made dinner at home every other day or so. Otherwise a number of very good restaurants within a 500m radius. Breakfast and lunches on the spectacular terrase, short/t-shirt at least half the days (when in the sun) even during winter. Francesco was very helpful when we needed some minor assistance with heating and dishwasher. The heating system was the best I have every come across in Italy - water heated radiators, not only the usual A/C. All in ll - spotless!

We enjoyed our stay at Angelo’s apartment which was very comfortable , a good sized balcony, & a good view looking out to the sea.

We had a great time here, Salvatore was very helpful and responsive. The place was a great spot to visit the surrounding towns and find easier parking compared to the rest of the town. The place has a lovely private access to a nice cove.

An amazing place . We stayed for one night but we look forward to return for a longer stay. The room had everything we needed, beautiful coffee machine and a nice breakfast. The place is surrounded by a garden with nice roses. Ruben was very friendly and showed us around even if we arrived quite late. Definitely a great place to stay in if visiting nicolosi and the Etna area.

Central location, easy to walk. the place was very clean with very very big rooms and full bathroom and toilet in each room. The kitchen is huge with all the amenities and a terrace where you can see the city around. honestly, it was a gem and the host was very helpful, responsive and friendly. definitely recommended.

A bright and cozy apartment with a fantastic view of the sea and Etna. Everything is working, comfortable beds, impeccable cleanliness. Very convenient self check-in, very clear instructions.
