Vacation rentals with breakfast in Augusta

I spent a wonderful month in this location - it's clean and comfortable with good wifi for remote working - perfect for what I was after. Maria is a wonderful host who is always responsive and cleaned the place once a week while leaving me nice things for breakfast! She even gave me a lift to and from Catania (c.10km) with my heavy suitcase. Trecastagni is a pleasant town on the slopes of Etna with accessible supermarkets and other essential shops as well as a some nice bars and restaurants and several churches. This location is better for those with private vehicles as the buses to/from Trecastagni are somewhat unreliable and it is a walk of several miles to the nearest train station (Acireale). However for those with vehicles it offers good access to Etna as well as other attractions in the area such as Catania and Acireale.

The flat is connected to main house but it has its own entry. We spent there only one night, but flat was comfy and clean. It has an interesting design but in good way. We had inside parking. The owners are very kind.

Adriana was super kind and helpful, the accommodation is comfortable and quiet, it has a terrace that is breathtaking, it was really a shame to spend only one night there. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay at Alessandro's Airbnb. The terrace with the large table and seating is great for breakfast in the sun. Even in the rain, you are well protected thanks to the roof and can sit outside. The whole house is lovingly decorated with many details. There is a fireplace and two electric heaters, which are also needed in the spring temperatures. Unfortunately, the fuses sometimes blow. This is probably due to the rural location, which in turn is really great. We had hardly heard any other people and had a lot of nature around us. In good weather, Mount Etna is visible from the garden. For us, the kitchen equipment was a bit sparse, but we also have other requirements (second cutting board, lid for cooking, large knives for cutting). Check-in/out and communication for questions were very relaxed, helpful and friendly. We will be happy to come back!

The place is exactly as described, everything new and well cared for, snacks and drinks are provided, as well as soaps and soaps. We were made to find a camping bed and high chair as we requested, nothing was really missing. Slightly "outside" the center but we reached everything very comfortably on foot. Directions were quick and accurate. We definitely recommend it.

We (two couples) were on our 11th day of travel and had spent the day hiking on Mt Etna and were tired, so it was nice to find a place so convenient that also had private parking. When we arrived we weren't certain of the precise location so Rosanna met us on the street side and showed us the proper entrance to park the car which was a gated and secure parking area. Wow!. There was also a luggage cart to help us get our luggage into the building. And then only one flight of stairs up to the apartment. The apartment was well equipped with all the basics and we really appreciated the snacks and Nutella, and my husband loved the ice cream treat - a very pleasant and thoughtful surprise after a long long day. We had heard of a great restaurant nearby but found the apartment so relaxing that we stayed in and finished some of our travel food (and wine). Overall, for us, it was a perfect overnight location. Definitely recommend.

The big plus for the accommodation was Tato who made contact with us and arranged to meet us at the apartment. Tato made us feel welcome and showed us around the apartment which was presented with a number of items (bottled water, tea, coffee, milk etc). Tato was available to assist as required and provided useful information about the local area. The apartment was as advertised. The location of the apartment was convenient for the main bus station (we did a few day trips to Palermo, Syracuse and Taormina). The apartment location was also convenient for local travel by Alibus from/back to the airport. We also were able to access all of the main tourist attractions in Catania by walking from the apartment. I would be happy to stay at the apartment again.

We really enjoyed our very comfortable stay in Acireale. Our hosts have made sure of our comfort with a lot of care. Thank you again.

I can only recommend! The place was beautiful and clean. The communication with the host was great.

Everything as per the description but one point worth noting. The internet access was outstanding. Basically 800 mb down and 300 mb down. Absolutely fantastic connection is you're having a working vacation and need access to video meetings and large files.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The place was perfectly situated in the heart of Ortigia and walking distance to it all. It was nestled on top of an incredible bar, which you could watch from your window and made you feel like you were part of the action. The unit itself was a perfect size for me and my husband and it had everything we needed. Including the most comfortable bed. Manuela was great to deal with and responded quickly. We would absolutely come back again and recommend to all our friends!!

Andrea & Daria were great hosts. Our Italian is fairly poor, so it was great to have hosts with great English skills to tell us about the area, their farm, talk about Sicily, help enjoy our time in the region and book us into great restaurants (Andrea even helped us deal with an unfortunate dodgy credit card drama involving a rental car company). Our room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable. For us the stay was not really about the accommodation as such (which was great), rather it was that we had great experiences sharing. Andrea had a pizza night and involved us in the experience (great to see the oven and kitchen in action). Andrea is a true B&B host, seems to love sharing, talking and helping guests. I think that is the key to what makes B&B Vinciucci so great. Plus breakfast was pretty awesome as well :)

An amazing place . We stayed for one night but we look forward to return for a longer stay. The room had everything we needed, beautiful coffee machine and a nice breakfast. The place is surrounded by a garden with nice roses. Ruben was very friendly and showed us around even if we arrived quite late. Definitely a great place to stay in if visiting nicolosi and the Etna area.

The room was exactly as shown in the picures. We staues for one night in mid july. Ragusa Ibla is a cute romantic Spot with beautiful views, good restaurants and surprisingly not crowded. Had a great Stay at Emilio’s place. Would definetly come back!

This was a really nice clean place. Roberto was very nice host and super responsive! Wonderful views from the window and the terrace. Absolutely wonderful water in the ocean… although there’s no beach, you can walk on the rocks a bit and find a wonderful little pool to get in and enjoy!!! Great place! And very good breakfast too!

We had a really pleasant weekend at the B&B Risveglio Ibleo, welcomed with great warmth by Mrs. Ondina and Mr. Vincenzo. From the first moment we felt at home: the hospitality was impeccable, sincere and attentive to every detail. The location of the B&B is perfect, a stone's throw from the Cathedral. The apartment we stayed in was very clean, very spacious and equipped with every comfort. A significant plus: the possibility of parking right in front of the property, a very convenient detail. But the real heart of the experience was the breakfast: abundant, varied, prepared with love by the family and served on a private and quiet terrace. Mr. Vincenzo explained each dish to us with passion, also giving us a small glimpse of their life and local tradition. An authentic and genuine moment that we will carry in our hearts. Highly recommended for those looking not only for a nice place to sleep, but a warm experience!

Valentino is very responsive and welcoming, the apartment is large and is just behind a small beach . We slept very well thanks to good bedding! The staff on site is lovely and the breakfast is excellent! Thank you so much!

Charming and beautiful place, charming and beautiful people. Olga and Vivien are two of the loveliest people you could ever meet. The place is in an idyllic settling, peaceful and tranquil. Breakfast is different every day and is always exceptional. Olga always cooks something delicious and there is always plenty of fresh fruit and homemade jam. The guests all sit together at breakfast and so there is always good conversation. There are many animals; horses, dogs and cats and they are an added bonus. Olga's recommendations of place to eat are very good. We loved it so much we will definitely return next year.
