My stay in this apartment was excellent! Everything was spotless - from cleanliness to decorative details. The location is perfect, close to everything you need but in a quiet area, ideal for resting. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped and Cristins was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure nothing was missing. In addition, the photos reflect exactly what is offered. Definitely a place I'd go back to without thinking about it. Highly recommended!

the Place Is 5 min walking from the beach, and also see the ocean from the balcony. we went there to surf, so check the waves from the living room has no price!

Great site to vacation in Gijón. We were greeted at the door of the building by Ángeles, who went up with us and showed us the floor. The lady is super friendly and cordial. The apartment was spotless, not a speck of dust throughout the house. Two large bedrooms with comfy beds and spacious closets. Two superlym bathrooms, a living/dining room with large TV and a kitchen with everything you need. The major, a terrace with direct access from all the rooms, ideal for both breakfast in the morning and for a glass of wine in the evening. The apartment is located two minutes from the beach of Poniente, 10 minutes from the port and 15 from the San Lorenzo beach. There are shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and cafes, the Aquarium and even a spa, all within walking distance. It's our first Airb&b floor experience and it couldn't have been more satisfying. Thank you very much Jessica and Ángeles (beach towels were all a detail)

Highly recommended. The apartment is comfortable, clean and nice. The perfect location, very close to downtown. Alba is very friendly and very attentive to everything we could need, recommendations, doubts, etc. We would definitely repeat!

Paula and I had a great time at Armando's place. Communication was always very easy. There is nothing lacking in the apartment. The view of the waves (and there were a lot at this time) is beautiful. The place is in a great location. We would recommend it without hesitation.

Excellent place to spend a few days in Gijón, very close to the beach, well located. Loly is an excellent host, we maintained good communication, gave us recommendations to leave and allowed us to enter before the scheduled time, even gave us a present for having stayed there :) Undoubtedly a good place to spend a few days in the city, communication with a person is appreciated so it offers a good place to stop an end or on vacation.

The apartment was spotless, there is everything, sheets and towels, super well decorated, everything new, it's next to downtown, we left the car in the parking lot and did everything on foot. Everything was perfect

We had a great stay and loved La Isla - both as a wonderful spot and beach itself and as a base for exploring the whole region. We look forward to retuning for another visit!

This little home is perfect for a couple's trip. It has everything you need for a few days of disconnection and quiet. Perfectly conditioned and in a great location,close to the beach of Rodiles and Villaviciosa,where you can go for a walk ,dine or have a few beers. Mercedes has been an amazing host,very vigilant that everything was fine and that we were comfortable. We mean it for future trips!

It was a great experience, sole was super friendly and helpful at all times. She gave us a bunch of recommendations on places to visit and eat. The house was spotless, with a lot more utensils and toiletries of what we would have thought of upon entering. The house is super quiet and is described as in the photos. The backyard, a plus. The days that time has wasted we have enjoyed it to the fullest! Fully recommended, we will definitely be back.

Our stay at Ethel's place was simply perfect. We fell short with 5 stars, because every detail exceeded our expectations. Although our visit was brief, it was definitely the most special. The house is beautiful, impeccable and with unbeatable privacy. The location is excellent, and thanks to Ethel's recommendations, we discovered a nearby walk that took us to an incredible place. Ethel is a wonderful host, attentive and full of details that make the experience even more special. And what about cats: they are a charm and give an even more inviting touch to the place. Wonderful stay, cool and comfortable house with a large terrace. Everything is very clean and Nieves is very friendly and attentive. We will try to repeat.

Second time staying here and it was absolutely fantastic, we love staying here!! It is located in the beautifully historic part of town, with great surroundng architecture and coastal walks, fantastic food and coffee, warming little gallery and the ruins some Roman baths. The Airbnb has the perfect setup to rest and relax from a day of enjoying the town

We had a really nice stay at Nieves place, it had everything we needed and the area is lovely and quiet with easy parking out front, the locals and neighbours are super friendly, one helped us find the door after I had signal issues on my phone, complimented wine and snacks was a nice touch, would totally recommend, thanks
