Loft vacation rentals in Asturias

Roberto's place is a very modern, fully equipped apartment in the middle of the classic part of old Aviles -- the best of both worlds ! Roberto was super helpful when we arrived and gave us lots of great local tips and suggestions. I will be looking to stay with him again when I return to Aviles !

The apartment is very clean and tidy and has everything you need for a few days. Communication with Abelardo also worked out just fine. He gave us some good tips in the area.

Highly recommended, Rocío was our contact and was always attentive to us, giving us recommendations and attentive. We had a little mishap with a table that broke and in 5 minutes the owners were in the apartment to help us and the next day in the morning we had a new table. Charming and resolving. The apartment is phenomenal to spend a few days in a quiet and beautiful area. Next to the estuary to walk and good places to eat. A pleasure!

We’re so happy we got to stay in Marta’s home. She was there to check us in and showed us everything in the apartment as well as how to access the garage. The home is so beautiful and cozy—it was ideal for our first time in Asturias! It’s very close to parks, grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants, and the old town. Since we were there for more than a week, we were really grateful for the spacious kitchen, common areas, and laundry in unit. Don’t hesitate to book!

Full loft with a huge terrace. Garage and community pool. Clean and with detail: Gels in the bathroom and fresh water in the fridge.

A fantastic place to stay. Everything is very careful, it has everything you need to stay and cook, it was also very clean. The hostess was always attentive to us and willing to help in everything we needed, a wonder in person. Also prepare fabada por ordingo riquisima. The environment of the house is beautiful, everything green and very careful...there is an area for children to play or lie in hammocks.. You can leave the car next to the house, this is very comfortable. It is located in a very quiet area without noise but a few kilometers away by car you have very nice beaches and villages. I recommend it completely, we will repeat for sure

An incredible place! The views are beautiful, the house is very cozy and everything works well. We loved being outside at the tables and talking to people staying in the other house in the village. Marian helped us with any questions and was very nice. We'll definitely be back, thank you!

Laura and her family are great people and family,my family and I have been very comfortable and we definitely repeat this place for everything,I recommend this place for everything ,the beauty of its views and the treatment you have from hosts ,a place to repeat without hesitation.

Laura's place was great for a month long stay. Felt right at home from day one and Laura was friendly without being intrusive. Location is great, next to busy bars and restaurants which was what I was looking for. The apartment was nicely decorated and had everything I needed.

Beautiful! In real life the apartment is even better. Check-in with mother-in-law Clara who turned out to be a treasure! Very kind and gave us a lot of useful information. Both Beatriz and German are available and very kind. The apartment has everything you need and even more. It is a 2-minute walk from anything you want to do!! Recommended!

The treatment was super attentive and kind, they facilitated us nearby places to buy, the beach with car access very close and it was beautiful (the bad parking 4€ to the beach) the accommodation 10/10 the views are beautiful and everything impeccable! I would definitely go back, it's a very cozy place!

The location couldn't be better—centrally situated, it allowed us to explore the charming streets, vibrant culture, and delicious food of Gijón with ease. We were just steps away from local attractions, shops, and restaurants, making our stay even more enjoyable. Adam himself was an amazing host, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. His recommendations were spot on, especially the taxi service he suggested, Cochi. The driver was incredibly friendly and made getting around the city a breeze. Overall, I cannot recommend Adam's place highly enough. I highly recommended.

Hello, Elena and Victor are very welcoming, charming hosts, very present to give us advice on things to do in the area, making our stay even more enjoyable. Victor upgraded us by offering my 2 children and myself a larger home for the same price. The activities in the residence are numerous and very well maintained, the children were delighted: heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, zip line, trampoline, barbecue area, family bike (with nearby bike paths). Finally everything is very clean and the atmosphere is family-like. The location of the listing allows quick access to places of interest. I thank Elena and Victor for allowing us to get to know Asturias and the Picos de Europa in these conditions.
