Ariadna is an excellent host!! Without a doubt she deserves to be a SUPERHOST, she is friendly and very quick to respond and the apartment in one word is PERFECT!! The apartment has everything and is on an extremely quiet and safe street and you can walk to Candás which is a small WONDERFUL village!! I was looking for an apartment near Gijon and this was the perfect choice. Initially, because it didn't have a garage (I was going by motorcycle) and because it was on the third floor, I was hesitant to book. But Candás is extremely safe as Ariadna had told me and I could see the bike from the window of the house (it is very easy to find parking) and in relation to being on the third floor the steps are super easy to climb, honestly it didn't even seem to be the third floor. I went to the supermarket several times and never had a problem going up the stairs. I really feel like I made the right choice and I will definitely be back!! And the apartment has everything, fast internet, washer and dryer, dishwasher!!

We did a week getaway as a couple and the location could not have been better, it is in the center of everything, so it is a good base to explore all of Asturias in a short time, highlighting the sardines of the port which were spectacular. In addition the treatment was unbeatable, since we arrived the response was quick and informative, he even advised us on where to go or possible plans, not only for the area but also by Asturias. Joaquin and his family are right next door so they were always nearby and available if there was any problem. In short, our stay was 10 and I recommend it 100% for a couples getaway. We will be back for sure.

It’s a spacious, brand new apartment just one floor up from ground level, with elevator access, in a very secure building and safe neighborhood. Large outdoor terrace with comfortable seating, just outside kitchen. Short walk to grocery store, cafes, train station, restaurants, beaches and all the delights of the historic town.

My partner and I went for a weekend, and everything seemed to be just as the description said. We do think as a recommendation to keep in mind that they could have a kind of notebook with the best restaurants, the sites that you must see and visit, as well as gastronomic and cultural recommendations of the city. Our overall experience was very good, everything is clean, tidy and organized, looking for the greatest comfort of its guests, in addition the apartment is nice and newly renovated which makes it much more welcoming. The location is unbeatable, right in the center and close to everything, you feel as if everything is close and well connected, the location could not be better. Definitely good hosts and if we return to the city we will definitely stay here! It was a pleasure.

The apartment excellent super clean and perfumed from the bedding and bathroom to furniture and rest. Very quiet town, with supermarket, pharmacy a few meters away and spectacular views. Access to all places in Asturias is very good. I recommend it 100%... If I go back to Asturias I definitely book it again.

The apartment is in an excellent location and has direct access to the beach. There are great shops, restaurants and cervecerías in the neighborhood. Within walking distance you can reach the city center. We had direct contact with the person in charge who received us to give us the key and show us the house. His instructions were accurate and helpful. The house was sparkling clean and smelled fresh and pleasant. The internet was quite fast and we found the selection of the smart TV in the bedroom very good. We would definitely come back!

Viktor's house is very good option if you want to go in a group and be able to enjoy moments of tranquility. Equally, if you want to make tourism. you are less than 20mins from the center of gijon. Highly recommended!! Viktor had us prepared a great variation of things for breakfast also you had oil, salt and spices to cook at home. We had a great time.

We stayed 5 nights at the apartment. Very comfortable and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is very practical. It is a very quiet area and the village has a very nice beach. Aroa took care of us very well, advised us on the best restaurants and places to visit in the village and surroundings. Totally advised.
