The impeccable accommodation and the host, very friendly, you can't ask for more, all the facilities for a place with an unbeatable location. the elevator would have been the icing but that is not in the hands of the host, otherwise the location is worth it and as I say the attention compensates. highly recommended.

With Loreto and Miguel, the owners, communication was excellent throughout. The slightest thing was very quick to respond, always very helpful. highly recommended to spend a few days in Luanco and feel at home.

We went on a family trip for a few days and everything was excellent. Upon arrival, Fernando provided us with the keys to the parking lot and the apartment, a detailed map with all the points of interest and a list of recommended activities. He recommended very nice places to visit. When we asked him where to eat certain dishes, he recommended the best places and even called the restaurants himself to book a table for us. Undoubtedly, a charming and very friendly guy who has a lot of knowledge about the area. All his recommendations were fantastic, we had a great time and the children were delighted, definitely an experience to be repeated. The apartment is fully equipped and comfortable. The cleaning service is the best I've ever seen, everything neat, clean and tidy every day. They even washed the dishes and glasses that we forgot to wash because we ran out to the activities... which was appreciated. We definitely recommend it 100%, an exemplary host.

Laura’s home is charming, spacious, and filled with thoughtful touches. She had fresh blooms from her garden throughout the house- such a sweet welcome! There are two outdoor spaces, a small back garden and a terrace upstairs. My daughter and I enjoyed using the very well-equipped kitchen and eating at the picnic table in the garden which has lovely views of some fields with the sea in the distance. There were a couple of negatives. It was not as rural as I expected, with neighbors on both sides. Some of the neighbors are chickens, and the rooster made me wish for earplugs. Also there is a faint smell of cigarette smoke. Overall, Laura’s beautiful home is a lovely and well-priced stay!

Very well cared for apartment, with a garage that is fundamental in this area of Gijón. Marta was an extraordinary host.

Lorena was always attentive and communicated frequently. The bass is in the old town, very close to restaurants and bars and places to visit. But impossible to circulate and park the car. There is something to leave it in parking .

Elenas apartment is amazing, located in the great place on the 11th floor and have amazing view of the ocean! Communication was awesome and we felt home. Lots of nice restaurants around the apartment and also many groceries! Highly recommended and hope to visit again soon

Spacious apartment with a good bed. Spacious bathroom and kitchen. The sofas in the living room are a little less. You are close to the beach and by car in Oviedo, Gijón and Avilés. Parking is easy on the road by the river. Antolina is very friendly, helpful and nice.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, clean and new. It's easy to park nearby and one garage space is included. Both bathrooms were also very well equipped. The pool and paddle court are very close, just across the street. The area is also great for spending a few days and getting to know Asturias, with the highway very close by. We really enjoyed the stay, we would be happy to repeat!

Frsncisco's apartment is ideal for spending a few days with the family. It has everything you might need, and they have it very well maintained. And Francisco is super attentive at all times from the beginning. It's nice to go to a place like this.

The apartment is very nice, beautiful and spacious, a short walk from the beach and downtown Gijón. They have prepared it with all the details so that you don't need anything. They even left us milk, water, coffee... It is very good for traveling with small children and babies as they have a crib, bathtub, high chair and even toys. There's a garage option just around the corner, which is a great advantage. Desire was very friendly and helpful at all times. A highly recommended stay!

Easy check-in and kind host. We had everything we needed during our month long stay. Location was perfect and bonus a 5 minute walk to bus and trains stations. Across from a park and we enjoyed a daily dose of cute dogs being walked in the dog park area. We would recommend this apartment.

Really enjoyed my stay, the whole experience was so positive. From check in with Pilar, who was very kind and helped me with questions I had and recommended places I might like. The flat has a very calm atmosphere and is a pleasant retreat to return to after exploring Gijon, amazing views. I have traveled alone, to disconnect and relax. The experience has been magnificent, the surroundings of the apartment spectacular, it has exceeded my expectations to spare. Alba went every day to do her job and always attentive in case I needed anything, a very sweet and nice girl. The owner of the apartment was also aware if I needed anything. I have left with a lot of penny but looking forward to coming back again. I highly recommend it!! For me it was a unique and unforgettable experience!!
