Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Aspen

Grand Colorado has great amenities, we didn’t have to leave the resort the entire weekend. Best part of our stay was, from the unit we could see the bunny hill where our kids were attending ski lessons. Our host Gill was very responsive.

What a gem of a place. Josh was a fabulous host and kept us informed. The condo is street side but it was quiet and beautiful view of the distant mountains. The ski valet and the living room dining was top notch. Vinnie and Zac had our skis ready for us anytime we needed them. They even returned them to Breck rental for us. Ski in and out was so easy and good access to lifts and gondola for in town fun. The parking garage made it very easy to load and unload as well as never having to scrape ice and snow! The master bedroom showers had a steam feature that can’t be overlooked after a day of skiing. This was the best!!! From the well stocked kitchen to the cozy fireplace and LR we didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be staying here again in the near future. Thank you Josh!!

My children and I visited for Thanksgiving and had an amazing visit, thanks to our accommodations. The location was perfect (walkable and close to the Gondolas and all other things Breckenridge offers), also very close to the heated pool and hot tubs. The setting was just far enough from the hubbub of town to be peaceful though. The condo was stocked with everything we needed to cook and bake our Turkey Day Meal, and the beds were so comfortable! When I did forget something, they were helpful and responsive and brought it me. Thanks so much for hosting us and helping to make our Thanksgiving a little more special!

Great place right on Peak 9 for easy ski access. Lots of space for 5 people. Views from the unit are beautiful. Kids loved the pool, hot tub and arcade area.

Thank you for a fantastic stay! The room was spotless and had everything we needed. It was a warm weekend and the portable air conditioner was kept us comfortable the whole time. The little extras like games and coffee were much appreciated! The best part was the shower. I love a huge shower! It was very nice to have two vanity areas. It was so convenient to have the kitchenette. We were able to save some delicious takeout and heat it up properly. When we had questions, our hosts responded right away. The resort itself was lovely. I imagine it gets crowded during ski season, but things were quiet while we were there. We took advantage of the pools and hot tubs, got spa treatments, enjoyed the bars, and visited the market multiple times for Starbucks and snacks. The walk down into town is easy and safe, but I recommend the resort shuttle or the free bus for the trip back up. The bus stop is right outside the main building, so very convenient! I hope we can visit again!

Our stay was lovely. Cameron was super kind and attentive with any questions we had. The space was prestige and great to spend a couple days in. Would love to visit again!

Great stay. Location could not have been better! Smack dab in the middle of downtown, one block from the gondola and right next to tons of great shops and restaurants. The room was perfect for me, my wife and kiddo.. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. 5 stars!
