From the terrace you can enjoy the morning and late evening sun. Rental of a small motorboat or Loan of a kayak is agreed in advance. Walking distance to golf course, cafe, beach, frisbee course, bird sanctuary, museum, grocery store, hiking areas. From parking about 70 meters to walk on a gravel path. The trail is a bit steep in some places. From Bergen about 40 min. by car, 1 hour+ by bus.

The property consists of a main cabin and two annexes, as well as a carport. A total of 8 beds. In the main cabin there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with bunk bed. In one annex there is a double bed plus a baby bed, and in the other annex two built-in single beds. There are one bathroom, which has a separate entrance from outside. It is a short distance to Bergen, approx. 25 min, and 5 min to the sea with a nice swimming area. The cabin is located in a quiet area and is suitable for both adults and children. Lots of sun and nice sea views.

The distance to Bergen by car is no more than 25 min and brilliant for a combination of city life and while staying in beautiful, rural surroundings. About 400 meters from the cabins the public recreation area, “Solnes” is situated, which is a paradise for adults and kids who want access to the sea or enjoy a lazy beach day on a warm summers day.

If you want to explore nature and the sea, there is kayak and boat rental as the nearest neighbor, as well as a sauna only 50 m from the door. Ny og fantastisk hytte ved sjøen, med stor terrasse og kai. Hytten ligger på en halvøy, og man disponerer båt (Hobby 430) med påhengsmotor. Det tar ca 20 minutter å spasere fra parkering og ut til hytten dersom man ikke benytter båt. Hytten er bygget i 2022, og har 5 soverom (9 senger/11 sengeplasser), 2 bad. Flotte uteområder 22 min å kjøre (19 km) fra parkering til Bryggen i Bergen
