Luxury rentals in Asciano

Our group of 9 had the privilege of staying in Vittoria's beautiful place for 5 nights in October. The villa has recently been completely updated and has everything a large group could ask for! Plenty of space, en suite bathrooms and outstanding views of Tuscany! The property is beautifully maintained and includes an olive tree orchard. Check in was seamless. Vittoria greeted us upon arrival and was available via text or What's App for any questions we had during our stay. Meri (the housekeeper) arrived each morning to tidy the villa. For an additional fee, Meri was happy to prepare breakfast. The villa is located about 25 minutes from Montepulciano and 30-35 minutes from Pienza. There are 2 grocery stores within 10-15 minutes (PAM and Coop). They had everything we needed to prepare wonderful group dinners in the villa. The views from the huge covered terrace and the backyard are just amazing. Highly encourage cocktails out back during sunset!

Words might not do justice with Villa Justine. It is stunning , well kept (spotless) , very modern in furniture, kitchen and other amenities yet traditional, luxurious in every detail. It is like stepping into a small luxury 5 star ++ resort, yet still a private villa. Outstanding. The owner, Justine, is responsive, thoughtful (we arrived with a baby and 2small children and she figured out every detail, thought about everything even a baby bath, to say the least on children’s games variety , board adult games ). Justine also helped with chef reservation ,Yoga recommendations and countless other tips. The staff on the ground , Lucia and Isabel, are so nice and helpful. Isabel comes everyday to keep the Vila clean and rooms tidy. She is lovely. Our bar is high when it comes to Luxury definition versus reality. The villa, its beautiful grounds , pool , staff , attention to details and the overall experience, exceeded our highest standard. Thank you, for a lovely stay❤️❤️

A group of 7 friends just spent a wonderful week at Villa Beneficio. I have stayed in many AirBnBs around the world and the quality of service we received there was outstanding. Weeks before our arrival, we were in communication with Valentina and Tanjot, and they made sure that everything was ready for us. From organizing gravel bikes and e-bikes, delivered to the Villa, to a cooking class with Daniela and a visit to the cheese farm, everything was taken care of. One member of the group had a medical emergency during the week and they did everything they could to help him. Every day started with Natasha's delicious breakfast and cappuccinos. The pool area is beautiful with a view of Montepulciano in the background. We had a great time and hope to go back one day.

We experienced the most amazing week at Villa Sarah! In short, if you’re considering this home, book now!!! We were welcomed by the host and couldn’t take our eyes off the views - magical! Villa Sarah’s 5 bedrooms (all with ensuite bathrooms) worked perfectly for our group. The outdoor space was where we spent most of our time - outdoor kitchen, living room, and the most incredible infinity pool. The kids spent hours and hours enjoying the pool while the adults sat back, took in the view, and played hours of bocce. Villa Sarah is perfectly located to easily access San Gimignano and many other nearby towns. We ventured as far as Mantalcino for wine tours and came home to chef service dinner at the Villa. All arranged by Caterina and our Luxe Trip Designer, Veronica. We hope to come back soon. Thank you again!

This was an incredibly special place owned by a very beautiful family! Everything about our stay was perfect. They were great communicators, were wonderful at any changes we needed to make, and incredibly knowledgeable about the area. This is such a special Villa both inside and out! A true gem among the world of Air B&B. The rooms were beautiful, the home wonderfully decorated and well furnished. They had everything we needed! If you want to make a stay in this region extra special, definitely consider staying here. It was a beautiful home away from home.

The pictures don’t do this place justice! It was incredibly gorgeous and spacious. Virginia was an amazing concierge helping us plan everything from winery tours to a pizza cooking class. It was a wonderful space to have our wedding with our family after an amazing week here. Thank you!

Our stay at Villa Rietine was absolutely amazing. Annie (caretaker) and Liz (housekeper) were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Daily housekeeping services helped keep our villa neat. The views were stunning - the pictures don't do it justice. We enjoyed lots of evenings at the pool and on the patio enjoying lunches and dinners. We traveled with our 1.5year old toddler and were nervous about having her with us, but the house is baby and kid friendly, with high chair and a cot. My only caveat are the steep staircases (one indoor, one outdoor) to be aware of. The landscape was stunning - lavendar bushes surround the property, along with olive trees and vines in the distance. The interior is thoughtfully upgraded and in excellent, clean condition. We'd definitely recommend Villa Rietine to friends and family and hope to stay there again some day!

We loved our time at Pietro's villa - very clean, spacious and peaceful. It was extremely hot during our stay, but the A-C in the villa was strong and we were comfortable in the house. The beds are extremely comfortable. The villa's kitchen and bathrooms are well-appointed - plenty of cookware, towels, etc. We appreciated the cleaners restocking the tissues, shampoo & toilet paper during our stay. Having a washer and dryer was so convenient. Pool and grounds were very well maintained during our stay. Housekeeping came on Monday and Wednesday, but never came on Friday. No problem, except the kitchen trash can should be larger or extra trash bags supplied. We never had the chance to meet Pietro in person, but very much enjoyed talking with his warm and friendly father, Ghino. The views are lovely from the house, but a bit limited when sitting by the pool. Loved the pizza chef and cook experiences. Highly recommend this villa and would return!

This property is beautiful and very clean and the view is more spectacular than the photos can show. The location provided privacy but was also close enough to be able to easily drive to the grocery store or neighboring towns for dinner. The hosts were very accommodating by opening the pool a few days early and ensuring items were available for our baby during the stay. Gianluca was very helpful and informative during the checkin and checkout process and communication was great during our stay. He was easily able to arrange a private chef for dinner at our request and there were lots of other options for tours and activities that could be set up. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tenuta Pamona and we would return in a heartbeat!
