La casa si raggiunge in circa 15 minuti dal casello autostradale di Varazze e circa 12 minuti dal casello di Arenzano.

The house on the shore is a spacious and comfortable apartment located on the sea in an elegant building from the 1920s of the last century. Just two steps separate it from the famous beach. It has just been completely renovated with modern building techniques that make it fresh and quiet. It is fully air-conditioned and equipped with every comfort. The slightly elevated position allows you to have a great view of the sea even when the cabins of the beach resorts in front are set up.

It is a studio apartment in Tigullio Rocks, very close to the sea It almost feels like you can touch it, and at night you can hear the sound of waves. PLEASE READ: Extraordinary maintenance work does not allow you to go down with our cable car to our private beach and use the pool.
