Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Arenella

We are a family of 4 and really enjoyed our stay in Syracuse. The apt is very beautifully renovated, was sparkling clean and had great amenities - including a lovely kitchen with dishwasher and a washer and dryer upstairs. It was a very easy walk to beautiful Ortigia and the apt is right above a small cafe for pastries or coffee in the morning. It was also easy to drive to wonderful beaches and even Noto for a day trip. The team managing the apt were very responsive and helpful. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs, the apt is near a busy street and you can hear traffic noise quote clearly.

Brilliant apartment and definitely the best value for money for the places we stayed in Sicily. The apartment is great fun with loads of funny and quirky decorations everywhere you look. Luigi is very responsive, flexible and a great host, he did he upmost to ensure when we arrived we were welcomed despite our late arrival and made sure we were comfortable during our stay with recommendations and wine on arrival. Great host and the location is nice and quiet, only a 2 minute walk from busier areas and a 15 minute walk (max) into the nicer areas of the city. Wish we could have stayed longer!

My mother and her friends had an amazing time at the Old Century Winery, highly recommend if you are in need of a peaceful weekend and love historical items and antiques

The spacious apartment was in a fantastic location, less than a 10 minute walk to Ortigia. It was very well equipped, parking was easy and free, there were plenty of bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants etc in the locality. Marco was extremely helpful (especially when we managed to lock ourselves out 🙄) and his suggestions of places to visit, restaurants etc was ideal. There was some noise from neighbours and the road, but it wasn’t intrusive. We would happily stay here again.

We traveled a lot and stayed in many places, but this appartment and host is next level. It's a small beach side house, secluded from the beach, behind wonderful trees. + It's better equipped than even most hotels + Super friendly and supportive host + Dishwasher :-) + Wonderful family friendly and quiet beach The fly-byes of Flamingos every evening was almost too much - we would have not believed it if we wouldn't have experienced it by ourselves.

My husband and I absolutely fell in love with this rental. From start to finish from how incredible the host is to truly how amazing and comfortable the bed was. The views were beautiful, location is perfect and the place was breath taking. The hosts have a lot of passion for this place and you can feel the love being poured into it. We were helped with our luggage when we arrived and were gifted a bottle of wine for being one of the first guests to book the place which was so nice. I cannot wait to come back and visit again. We will absolutely be booking with this host for years to come!

The Villa is located in a very beautiful Location. But I do have to mention the Street to get there can be tough. For us it was no problem though. The communication with Andrew was very good and he is very friendly. He was always happy to help. The Villa has everything you need, especially for cooking. We stayed hhree nights and for this the Villa was Great.

This is a convenient flat with loads of great restaurants etc nearby. We recommend a great local bar/restaurant Il Quarto steak house. Proper local bar, full all the time when most other restaurants empty, wide selection of great food, proper bar staff, etc. Parking was Ok. Easy walk to the archeological park which was fantastic. Only issue we faced was that the spiral staircase to the bedroom is hard to negotiate with a large suitcase and you have to do a steep up and down staircase to access the front door - it was not too much of a problem for us as we are fit but it might be hard for some people

We had an enjoyable stay in this roomy apartment. Communication with Emily was immediate, directions were clear and easy to follow, list of places to shop and eat was useful. Was given recommendation and contact for garage to park car, 20 euro per night.

If we ever find ourselves in Ortigia again (and I certainly hope we do) I know where we’re staying! Alessandra was a great host and her space is perfect for a couple.

Everything about our stay here was wonderful. Francesco is the ultimate host - he has thought of everything to make his guests as comfortable as possible. We were welcomed with beautiful food, wine, a gift, and a plentiful supply of bottled water - very generous. We loved the apartment and made the most of the two beautiful terraces. We loved exploring Noto and the apartment was in a great location for this. This apartment certainly deserves all the positive reviews. If you can't manage stairs, this is not the place for you. But if you can - book it!

Great location! Easy walk to Ortigia, which is absolutely gorgeous area all around! Airbnb apartment is beautiful and spacious. Regardless of its central location, we have not had much of any street noise and the nights were quiet. Highly recommend this place!

What can I say, what an amazing find in Ortigia. On a beautiful historic street close to the cathedral and historic monument but also moments from the sea. The apartment is beautiful, with clean parquet wooden floors throughout and everything feels like it has been recently renovated. It has a great kitchen with a hob, large fridge and dishwasher. The bedroom is glorious, spacious with a really comfortable bed. And the bathroom has a lovely walk in shower. The living room has a really comfy sofa and a large flat screen tv. It’s really tastefully decorated. There’s a small, but perfectly formed terrace with comfy seating. The hosts kindly left us some snacks, water and coffee, which we appreciated. And most importantly, Salvatore was really helpful in finding parking for our car, just around the corner from the apartment, which was a massive help. Salvatore was very responsive to any questions we had. And we’d definitely recommend this apartment to our friends.

E&P were very responsive and answered all our queries. The apartment is lovely and our stay was great. The entrance and stairs are very rundown and dirty sadly but it is not the hosts fault…

Fantastic 3 weeks at Francesco`s beautiful apartment - superbly located on Isola Ortigia, an absoultely spectacular place. Lively even during winter and a number of sights (Neapolis is a must!). Went to the food market for fish and greens and made dinner at home every other day or so. Otherwise a number of very good restaurants within a 500m radius. Breakfast and lunches on the spectacular terrase, short/t-shirt at least half the days (when in the sun) even during winter. Francesco was very helpful when we needed some minor assistance with heating and dishwasher. The heating system was the best I have every come across in Italy - water heated radiators, not only the usual A/C. All in ll - spotless!

We were very happy with the place. Great location, the ceilings were high and the rooms spacious. The fact that the bathroom is quite small did not bother us. At weekends it was sometimes quite noisy. Since it is a corner house, there is quite a lot of noise from the outside. Otherwise, we were able to sleep very well. We were provided with a crib & baby chair and contact with Aurora was also reliable and fast. We have left a parasol at the property and hope it can be used by other guests as well.

Very nice apartment in the heart of Noto with great views. A little difficult to find and very narrow and few parking spaces, but the apartment can't help that. Many restaurants, cafes, bakery, etc. in the immediate vicinity. Perfect starting point for exploring southeastern Sicily.

We had a very nice time and the apartment it’s super close to everything we needed and the terrace was a dream with a beautiful view!

Great spot within walking distance of the main sites. Easy to find with street parking right out front. Damanio was very communicative via the app, and his mother was so kind and welcoming. Check in was very easy and we were able to store our bags for a while after check out the next morning. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place for a short trip to syracus!

Marco was friendly and an excellent host and very fast in responding for our questions. He had some excellent restaurant recommendations in Ortigia and Syracuse. The apartment was very clean & tidy and had everything you might need. Great location to walk into Ortigia too or explore great local restaurants. Highly recommend

This was a fantastic base for our 5 nights in Ortigia - accessible on foot to everything we wanted to do, about 10 minutes from the InCoop supermarket which supplied us well for cooking in the small but perfectly formed kitchen. Lots of thoughtful/artistic touches, from artworks to bathroom and kitchen supplies. A wonderful place to be, great style to the apartment, with a very comfortable bed and fantastic views from all three balconies/out of the bedroom window. Having a washing machine was super-helpful too! Manuel was a very welcoming host, explaining the way things worked and gave plenty of local recommendations plus other local advice. The description is very accurate, including the 65 steps from the street to the apartment- unless this many steps will be an issue for you, I’d highly recommend booking this apartment. If I was ever to return to Siracusa I’d definitely want to stay here again.
